Seriously has Panini ever kept to an actual release date? I have to say their customer service is just not good. If they weren't running somewhat of a monopoly they would've been out of business long ago. Here's to hoping that UD steps it up and buys those licenses up when the time comes.

I actually think Panini customer support is the best, which isn't saying much. Topps is terrible and my limited exposure to UD has been a little rough. At least Panini is really good about expired redemptions. Topps just honored an expired redemption I had for a Dan Fouts Valor auto and gave me 3 $1 autos, thanks Topps. Wasn't worth the shipping and hassle to send in the redemption card.

Topps usually doesn't honor expired redemptions. So the fact that they sent you anything at all is gravy.
