If I am Houston I pass on that. If I am Houston I want Tua both of Miami's 1st and the Houston 2nd back.

I could see something happening before the Draft.

Watson and McNair don't seem to be fond of one another, nowadays

would like to see the WFT throw their hat in the ring

WFT has zero to offer. Houston won't want a draft picks in the late teens or 20s.

Ehh... enough drafts picks and Chase Young could get their attention.

I would trade Chase Young for Deshaun Watson every time. You get Watson and lock him up long term your all set at QB, the most important position. You can always draft another D-lineman. Today's NFL it is all about offense. The years of the Ravens led by Trent Dilfer winning a superbowl are over.

Sure...

If it was straight up

Which it isn’t

Young plus a billion picks is a lot (at his salary)

Okay, Would it be crazy if D4 went to Minnesota? Man could you imagine him with Jefferson and AT. LOL.

Like the one only 4 years ago when Manning was trash and Miller was the best player on the team?

Call me when Wilson gets back without the LOB

Way to move the goalposts

You were wrong. It’s fine.

You are probably right in the bigger picture

Yes I can. Running for his life because you would have to mortgage the future of the franchise to get him, which in turn is mortgaging the offensive line which already ranks towards the bottom of the league in pass protection. I'd rather just keep Kirk and keep our picks and fix what is wrong with the team instead of over-extending for Watson and not being able to fill gaps with 1st round talent in the next 3 drafts. Plus, the Texans would probably demand Jefferson to be apart of the deal anyways.

Miami is the only answer... because ironically... of the Texans and the Tunsil trade

Tua, #3 overall, and future picks is the best they are going to get because of what was mentioned above

Teams would have to ravage their lineups... which a bunch would (don’t get me wrong)... but is he on a better team?

Teams would do it. Would Watson be happy mortgaging the future for him?
Miami is 10-6 without that #3 pick

Flip that, Tua, and future picks?

That’s what works

That's right.

watson -> Tua, #3 and #50

Texans in 2022 & 2023 will be saving at least $20 million dollars per year for the cap. So the trade should also reflect the ability to get one superstar or multiple stars.

If Tua has talent, Texans must make this trade.

I'd rather see him go to the 49'ers personally.

Me too. I’d love to get him out of the AFC… However, I just don’t see the 49ers putting forth a package that moves the needle. They could offer Garoppolo, but I can’t imagine the Texans would get excited about that. They would have to offer this year‘s first rounder, as well as next year‘s first rounder. However, The 49ers did just get 2 compensatory picks for their DC getting the Jets head-coaching job

Hmmmm, that last point is interesting. Would be quite a nice maneuver by them if they end up putting a package together for Watson. I doubt they do, but if it happens, 49ers would instantly snap back to being super bowl contenders
