Yep but tonight you can’t fault the pitching, bad fielding well I guess you can blame Wandy for the 2 walks and Holmes getting torched for the 2 run double but the offense can’t sleepwalk against a not so good pitcher. They scored a run but too little too late.

Nope if you told me Schmidt and the pen give up 3 runs. I'm pretty comfortable that we win this. But that bottom of the lineup is just ugly.

Yes no way you should have Oswaldo Cabrera, Ben Rortvedt and Greg Allen batting back to back to back. The rest of the lineup didn’t do much tonight either though.

I don't think we need to speed the game up anymore than it already has this year. The thing the robo umpire would do is failry call the strike zone by the book against every player and for every pitcher. From what I'm reading, this umpire probably had an Orioles jersey on underneath his uniform or needs massive glasses.

The Yankees have done that for years. They make the worst pitcher in the league into Cy Young.

That sounds like everyone named Cabrera, Peraza, IKF, Higgy, Trevino. It's why no one is scared of this offense. Once you get past Rizzo, Judge, Torres, and Bader, it's almost always an instant out.

Other than the fact that he sucks as a manager, I don't how Boone can continue to be thrown at as a manager arguing balls and strikes and still not call for robo umpires. Is he going to get fined if he speaks out?

Did the umpires check Gibson's hands continuously? Seems kind of odd he would dominate Judge, Torres, and Rizzo at least for 7 innings without using something.

Yes he could get fined for talking down on umpires. The can go as far to say that they disagreed with the call(s) and all that but they can't persoanlly attack them or the Umpire Union will freak out.

If that wasn't the case, you would hear all sorts of stuff!

What has to happen is a manager that knows he is going to lose his job anyways is to go complete rogue in an after game interview. I would love to hear one of them say you saw the calls tell me you wouldn’t think he had money on the game, somebody needs to open up that Pandora’s box and expose these unaccountable overpowered umpires.

Musgrove has a good chance at a no hitter.

6 up 6 down looks like another game where the offense hasn’t showed up.

I picked up the Judge Topps Heritage variation card today. I really hope the Volpe short print comes down some. It's going for ridiculous prices right now.

That's par for the course especially when you only have 4 guys who do the majority of the offensive work.

I'm all f9r this too. They need to stop dragging the automatic strike zone out and just implement it already.

Hopefully when Stanton comes back he helps but as it stands there are too many easy outs in this lineup.
