I assume COMC James was terminated with the scamming and such. Did they hire a replacement? If not they really should consider mjohnatgt for a position.

No, he left before he got outed...who knows if this would have been enough for a termination, if we was still there?

What I feel is that COMC is trying to avoid new complains from customers.
Most replies with newer shipments and submissions seems to be fullfilled as scheduled.
Requests in June time looks satisfied with most posts above.
Requests in May seems slow but at least you know they are working on it.
For those pre-May requests, all complains.

Back in 1st June, it showed they are working on shipment due date on 4/20.
A week lated, it showed 4/21-4/29.
And as in today, it's still 4/21-4/29
I can't see any improve on shipments at all.
There are two pending shipments requested on 5th April and 20 May for me.
I have a bad feeling that they will possibly becoming my X-mas gift this year.

Had an order due 4/15 and 2 weeks ago they said they were working on that due date. Yet still waiting on mine, last email took 2 months to get a response.

My first Mailbox submission is still on track for 6/30.

My second was delivered to COMC on 6/9 as per tracking. I emailed COMC last night and received a reply within 30 minutes saying they'll start the processing next week.

I've emailed them a few times this month and have always received a timely response.

USPS tracking says my 600 card shipment is out for delivery. I’m like a kid on Christmas Eve. I ordered these a month ago. Not even sure what I bought TBH and not gonna check my shipment record.

Anyone else encountered an issue like this?

Had a submission that missed the deadline. So, when they did get added, I was charged the discounted .15 per item fee. This was back in Feb when they were added.

A couple days ago, they "finished" the submission. Nothing more was added, but essentially they cleared it. 4 months later. They charged another .15 per item fee. Took another $64.xx from my account.

Nope; haven't seen that one mentioned yet.

I did have something odd happen to my account a few weeks ago. Bought a lot of cards on eBay and sent them to COMC mailbox. COMC deducted $9 or so to cover the fees when the package was logged instead of charging when the cards were processed two weeks later. They definitely need to hire a new customer engagement team.

It was introduced when they eliminated Bulk Shipping, and they've been trying to kill it off ever since. The Corona was what finally did got rid of it.

Just missed out on a number of UFC cards from Cruiserdaddy's sale because it finished while I was asleep.

Not sure if I am upset or happy. I never had a UFC collection until I started seeing his sales. It is now the 2nd biggest part of my collection

You know, like fixing the bug that has been loading 100 items by default instead of 12 for a month+.

I would suggest contacting them...but we all know what happens there. I would send the obligatory email and then start blasting it out on Twitter, etc. so they may actually do something about it.

Well....I just put in another promotion for a higher percentage off than the last sale you missed out on. So, keep an eye out the next hour or two for it to pop and you will see even better deals!

I thought I was making an offer on the cards I had left that you had at $40.

Ended up buying that single card from 1 seller. Stupid mistake on my part, but not happy the screen seemed to show it as still part of your list I was buying

Contact them and they will refund your purchase. They can check the timestamps and see that you intended to purchase it at the sale price before a flipper got it.
