I don't consider them Shady. We've had our issues, and I thought we were good. I've don'e business with them for 2 years now I think? Just guess I don't order enough of everything from them - so me just ordering what's "hot", isn't acceptable. However, I did order WD1 from them.

p.s. I don't plan on naming them - I'm going to be better than them.

It's amazing how this release has shown some people's true colors. Cases being pulled, orders being cancelled, and bold faced lies being told to customers. No wonder why some people think that the card collecting hobby is going down hill.

Honestly, the WD doesn't bother me all that much... I mean, it sort of does because allocations we based on previous orders and I did order last time and all i was allowed to get - was what I ordered. It sort of feels like someone else is getting my allocations? Maybe that is entitlement showing through?

The BBT actually upsets me a lot. I had sold 2 cases to my best friend, he also happened to be the bestman at my wedding. Sold them to him and cost. I was going to open 3 and he was going to open 2. It's a show we both like and it's always fun to open wax with friends. Now I gotta tell him that his order is cancelled, and that just sucks.

My LCS owner won me over by always being honest and up front with me, and for that I go to him for all my card wants and needs. Yes, I'll be doing this set minus the jumbo Bernthal card. I have 3 cases (hopefully) coming and would think that I should be able to get a Master from those.

I think the only thing worse than getting shut out to begin with is to do everything right and pay up front only to have the carpet come out from underneath you. Such a sad state of affairs.

I agree. To have thousands of dollars tied up for several months assuming that you have placed an order, only to find out it's all cancelled, is nonsense.

Hope you can somehow find another place to order at a reasonable price, Zero.

Seems like they weren't happy with the price they sold the cases to you for and took them from you and resold at a higher price.

Nope you shouldnt. They basically had an interest free loan. It would be a small claims court matter, but you should be entitled to interest on money that was paid and refunded. Its a shady practice and it needs to be stopped.

No blasting from me either. Who knows if there are grounds but just the threat of it might be enough for them to honor their original agreement.

This will not see the light of day in court...you can't claim interest because no interest was set forth when he gave them the $$$. Only thing they can do is either fill the order or give his money back. You can't come back, when they cancel, to say well they held my order so I'm due the interest...buyer nor seller agreed on interest if order was to be cancelled.

I think if a business has a "new" tactic and wants to make themselves known then they can start a trend of "pre-buy guarantee interest paid" if you do not receive your ordered cases...but I see a lot of people losing $$$ if this were to occur!

I just want to clarify one thing. This distributor didn't have my $$$ in hand. I use three different distributors to order from (product specific) and none of them charge me till were 10 were days away from shipment or on the ship day itself.

I don't deal with distributors that want 100% of the money in full, months before a product is released.
