If it was a long time ago, you definitely don't owe them an apology. However, if it was after his passing you should be grateful to get anything.

I redeemed it before Kobe Passed. Ended up receiving a Kobe Impeccable auto /5.

But just because someone redeemed it after doesn't mean they don't deserve there cards. Its been confirmed that Kobe actually signed a huge amount of autos for Panini a few weeks prior to his unfortunate passing. Panini has an obligation to fulfill every auto they have of him imo.

Not referencing you personally above. How in the world did they determine who got the Mosaic packs vs a replacement auto. People started receiving packs in the end of 2020, yet there are still people getting actual autos. What in the world Panini?

If you go back in the thread you can probably understand it more. But Basically Panini tried to Redeem the on card autos they had on hand and some of the more rare sticker autos. But ive seen some people get packs and some people get autos for the same card the redeemed. So something tells me its also a bit of a crapshoot
