I would bet a non-immaterial sum of money that it was traced. The loop corroborates that.

Wow that's the first one I've seen in that style that has the loop. Maybe he did wipe it and get it signed in person?

I don't see why it's less logical to try and get a real Ohtani sig on a 6 figure card as opposed to rolling the dice and faking it yourself

Yeah, I'm definitely less certain on the card being forged/traced than I am of it being from a legit Topps issued signing. I am no handwriting expert.

That said, it doesn't change the 99% lock of a likelihood that this is a tainted card and also very possibly not even signed by Ohtani (in current form).

Its definitely not a huge card at all, but it goes along the theme of a card showing Ohtani both pitching and hitting, and there is a red version /75. Its worth about $350
