Looks like you only take 10% off offers, I would've cleared it out if you wanted out so badly.

Well I wasn’t aware. I’ve dropped it quite a bit. Thanks

Everything gone. Waiting on 2 “express” economy shipments. I saw someone post about regular economy getting caught up (couple week wait), anyone know how the economy express is running?

Submission COMC received yesterday already logged in today. Surprised.

The submission date says N/A.

Why is COMC allowing trimmed cards to be sold?

Full disclosure, they have no clue as to what has been trimmed. I sent in a couple of cards for service many of which were said to be trimmed. these cards came straight from the pack, and sent to COMC. So unless Panini and Topps are trimming cards before they put them in the pack(which they are because they make them) then they have no clue. It's pretty easy to find out get a ruler. 50% of the high value cards i sent pre 2012 came back as trimmed. I now believe anything older than 5 years and of high value must be graded before being sent into submission. For me I'M DONE all my cards have been pulled or sold from my account.

What diffrence does that make?

The grading companies wont know if they are trimmed or not.

They are more clueless then COMC, if thats even possible.

Aww jeeze. I submitted a box of 100 cards to ComC last week. Got the email today that they arrived, checked this evening just to make sure it was listed and it stated 1,077 cards received.. I hope they fix this and I don’t end up with someone else’s batch.

The company is complete trash now, I’m 100% done once this submission finally gets processed. I’ll sell through them and won’t submit again. They truly are a very, very poorly run company.

My order gets pushed back a few days every day....they pulled up processing dates for many submissions the day the ceo went live in order to make people feel a bit better but are just gradually pushing them all back.

My current year 3 week (should’ve been due 5/11) still hasn’t been started yet. Without having to read the entire thread, I’m guessing they’re quite backed up at the moment.

Last week, Tim G. stated they had a backlog of 1.5 million cards. Plus they are behind on shipping, as well. Not to mention all of the customer service emails they need to respond to.

The difference it makes is money. Ie. If i sent my 2011 update diamond ann. trout rc which would only grade an 8.5 at best to comc and they put a TRIMMED qualifier on it, then i now lose a huge value on a card which has not been trimmed. Whose going to buy a card with a qualifier like that? I know the card came straight out of a pack but to everyone else it is now trimmed. I would have to sell it at a discounted price for a card that has not been trimmed, and once graded it will come back as not trimmed and grade.
A TRIMMED qualifier not only takes away monetary value it at the same time takes away collectivity value from true collectors.

Unfortunately a buyer has either canceled or returned a purchase from you. The following item(s) have been returned to your account, and we have reversed the $22.33 added to your account from transaction #31982623.

75972855 2013 Bowman Chrome - [Base] - Purple Refractor #30 Gerrit Cole
1 item sold Total Sales $23.51
So the seller gets eats the fee when someone returns a card? That’s a bummer!

Same with me. My batch was due 5/8. It got pushed way back into July and then it was 6/3 when he went live. I was excited by that date but like so many others it gets pushed back at least one day every other day. It’s now 6/18 so it’s getting closer and closer to the July date they originally gave me. It’s frustarting Bc some of the cards I sent didn’t have any other copies on the site and now there are some that have popped up so my listing price will have to be lower than I thought. But it is what it is. I’m just hoping they ever get the darn things listed at some point so I can sell them quick and take a cashout or buy a couple cards and be done. I just can’t keep giving them my money at this point. They have shown time and again they don’t care about any of their users so it’s time to pack it up and hope a better solution comes along down the road (highly unlikely unfortunately).

Yeah, Luckily it has only cost me around 10 dollars in fees this year. But with the recent spike in returns, it is a legitimate deductible expense from yearly sales.

Have my first "Item locked, contact support." Bought a Holo Fantasy Stars Lebron for $17.38. Relisted for $29 and it was locked when I woke up the next day. Safe to assume it will be going back to the original owner due to "pricing error?" I thought the pricing errors only worked on egregious mistakes ($20 instead of $200, etc)

Yeah....if I buy something to flip...and I stand to make a few bucks I just don't relist it for a few days to a week. I think it saves me the headache of worrying about people using the "error" claim. If you read the returns it doesn't really specify. Mostly it's just if they want it back and it falls within the time periods then they have a claim.

Hello Kyle,

We are writing to you regarding your recently purchased item, #80448864 - 2019-20 Panini Donruss Optic - Fantasy Stars - Holo #14 LeBron James. The seller has contacted us requesting a reversal of the transaction per our new Pricing Error Protection policy, and that reversal request will be granted as a result of our investigation into this specific inquiry. Please allow up to one week for this reversal to be completed.
No biggie, I'm not bothered by the reversal since the guy did it pretty quickly, not a few days down the line.

Has anyone successfully used the reprocess declined items button? I tried doing it and got: "There was an error processing the request."

Not in a very long time. What did they reject in your batch? Something listed as trimmed? You may have to pay the $6 grading submission or the card may be locked and have to be mailed back to you.

Not sure what I'm missing here. The way I read this, you sold a Gerrit Cole for $23.51, the 5% transaction fee would be $1.18, so you would net $22.33. Upon the cancellation/return, they deducted only $22.33 from your account in the reversal (the net amount you received). Would you have preferred they took out the full $23.51? Then you would have been paying the $1.18 in fees.

COMC has done more wrong than right since 2018, and especially in 2020, but I don't see the problem here.

Default Accidentally

I accidentally purchased a card I honestly remember looking at it but it said I purchased/now own it. It's possible I clicked it buy now but def. would not have at the price. Is it possible to request a refund?
