Ordered 10 of these and scored a blue. Also realizing I should wipe the dust of the card-saver before taking pictures but oh well.

Nice, I got the WBC debut one before Topps decided to auto cancel all my other TN orders. Probably for the best..

Also, anyone take advantage of the BGS firesale? Some people were in absolute panic to unload. No BGS fanboy, but I'll take a 10 at a discount.

Negative, I was conserving some dry powder and aimed a little bit lower. My thinking was that with these sub-grades, this should be a STRONG candidate for crossover, but I haven't cracked it yet. This was also before the whole BGS kerfuffle even happened...

That's a good bet, my friend. Just be aware of the PSA situation, as everything Ohtani is getting upcharged right now. I've had to fight off the last three upcharges - none of them even had comps! No TPG is perfect, but it's still annoying.

Yeah man, had to have it. Ohtani is my favorite active player. Sapphire parallels are my favorite ultra modern cards. It's got the jersey color match, is /5, and is gem mint....for ultra modern, this is about as good as it gets for me.
