Big rookies with value;
Haaland, Fati, Mount, Kang-in Lee.

That list is big and I’m leaving out some good names!

I have no idea who any of these guys are. Any Americans in that group?

Roughly 178 listings for the soccer box up on eBay.....and roughly 278 listings sold (so total of 465 listings)....crazy demand if you think about those numbers. I haven't seen these kind of numbers for the other Topps offerings that I followed this past year for MC pre-sales

Maybe not. I was just tired of all the soccer bashing. "They just fall down and cry" comments and others about how pathetic the game is. It is just frustrating to me that people feel that way. It is 90+ minutes of almost constant movement. These are some of the best athletes in the world. They are paid quite well to illustrate that point. The skill is amazing, and the sport is beautiful to many of us that watch. I like baseball, basketball, and football as well as several others. I don't bash any sport really. Corn hole? Maybe. I thought this was possibly another person bashing it because Americans aren't the stars. That is why I asked and didn't just assume.

I had seen them and that is why I made the reference. I am also not going to collect the softball cards, but I am not going to bash the sport nor the athlete. Those that bash soccer are comical to me. It is the worlds most popular sport by far, just because the MLS is nowhere near MLB, NBA, NFL, or NHL doesn't mean soccer isn't up with those big boys. The MLS is still amazing to me, but it isn't one of the big leagues today. It may be one day, but that isn't soon. It isn't even CFL yet, but it is still a fun game and lots of home grown talent.

To bash any athletic endeavor usually is a good demonstration of ignorance, but to bash the #1 sport in the world by saying the athletes aren't up to par with other athletes or that the game is "stupid" is beyond ignorant. It has its flaws, as do all of the other sports. I hate that PKs can determine a decision in the World Cup. That is one thing that embarrasses me about the game I love, but I also think the DH in baseball is wrong, and I can't even tell you what a foul is the NBA these days. All the people that say soccer players whine must not watch LBJ.
