Glad to see the CTDs move in a number of categories. Trying to gauge where they are at via posts on here and other forums. It seems they are still dancing around in the Que. I have about 5 orders that i would say have seemingly been very close to moving for about 3 weeks not make their way out of grading. Thus again proving, you cant predict anything.

At this point it feels like they are just grabbing random boxes out of random piles and saying "this one looks good to do today"

I mean there is clearly a method to their madness as you go through the posts and find which types are moving and being entered. You just never know how many are in front. Basically they get sorted into lanes and some lanes move faster than others

It just doesn't make sense how bulk modern is having orders entered in February enter grading but ultra modern beginning of January hasn't even entered grading. Value ultra modern is ahead on the ctd tracker but actually seems to be way behind

Could potentially be the inlfux of newer grader starting with where the most orders are and at the "easiest"

With more volume comes a greater number of errors on order-entry too—especially with many people trying to beat the clock on their price increases. Cards out of order/mis-identified/incorrectly subbed. These delayed orders are all a part of the CTD equation. That’s all user error and has nothing to do with the service line.

Agreed - which is part of the reason i think value TCG is so behind. More so than sports you had people pulling their cards out of the closets that had no business submitting cards for grading. This was due to the mania that happened around Logan Paul and Pokemon towards the end of the year last year.

Most of the express demand before the closure was from the $75 price level, the red hot market and the rumors of price increases. Now grading prices are high and the market is soft. I don't see them being flooded with cards at this price level, hence the fast turnaround time now.

How is your centering?

I have this exact card in my order. It's definitely off center 60/40 but everything else is perfect so I went for it.

Expecting a 9 but there's always hope.
