First Buzz: 2025-26 Bowman basketball cards

Ripped the 4 megas and 1 jumbo.

Nothing crazy but a lot of right cards, wrong names.

The jumbo box was incredibly disappointing though, I was shorted 2 autos (only 2 autos in the box). Don't know if it's worth reaching out to Topps for 2 $5 replacement hits.

Surprisingly had no problem with Megas ordered through Amazon, they even arrived before my Topps preorder case did. All 20 were each packed in individual boxes which was weirdly inefficient, but otherwise all good.

Got lucky, my two orders of 8 Bowman Megas came in correct. Was super worried about it after seeing people's orders getting messed up

For those that were shipped (3) 2025 Topps Football Chrome Fanatics Mega Boxes instead of (8) 2025-26 Bowman Basketball Mega Boxes, what did Fanatics do? I have this issue on 2 different orders.

Said they’d route it to the right department and get back in a few days.

Most likely it’ll be a return since they don’t have the megas in stock.

They were quick to email a UPS return label and issued a refund to original payment as soon as UPS scanned in the package. No option was given for replacing the Bowman megas.

By chat on Thursday they asked me to give them 72 hours to investigate the case. Today they are asking me to wait 24 hours for a decision from their back office.

I have requested a refund, we will see.

They also canceled one of my orders mid-shipment for 3 Topps Chrome Football megaboxes. And I have 2 more orders of 8 Bowman Megaboxes that have shipped - we'll see what actually shows and take a deep breathe before I might need to contact their support again.

It's not funny how they can take payment for these over a month in advance and then dink us around like this continuing to ask for another 24-72 hours for them to investigate while they haven't provided the product that we have paid for.

With Target, I disputed with my CC and contacted the BBB. I included a screen shot of this thread as evidence of multiple cases of bait and switch.

completely dry around me. had to reduce myself to ordering 1 per from best buy - they do let you do 3 orders every 24 hours though

Yeah..I was running errands this weekend and Target, Dick's, and a Wal Mart had absolutely nothing, not even blasters

Usually I'd expect LA to be a tough area to find product but blasters of this are sitting and are pretty available. Mega even more.

I only got one return label for one of my two Target orders. IDK if I should include both orders on the one label or not. Guessing not. Chat was not helpful, so I probably need to call at this point to get a different label for the 2nd order.

Did you check the PDF? I had 2 labels in 1 PDF.

Ive been picking up hobbys of these for 300ish, seems like a good hold at that price. Very high ceiling on this product long term. People seem to be dumping this now that grading is tough

Target actually got my two Mega orders for 2 boxes each correct just now. Over the 4 boxes:

Paper: 2 Cooper, 2 Caleb Wilson, AJ, Darren
Mega: Harper, Essangue, Swain
Mojo: Kon, 2 Shai, not much else
Numbered: Powell Mega /75, RJ /150, Cade, Dort, White, and Garrison to /299
Autos: Sheldon Henderson auto /75, Demin on card /50.

I still like ripping these.

Signatures' the day before that. Yet again they don't give the market any room to breath. Between the regular Bowman still languishing, Cosmic, Hoops, and Signatures; I won't be shocked if one breaks MSRP in June.

I degen'd out this morning and ripped 1 jumbo, 1 hobby, and 1 jumbo of Hoops. All straight garbage.

wholesale costs right now, random distros or stores dumping the stuff.

Too many products in too short a time frame, credit cards are maxed out.
