Dont knock New Kids on the block cards. Sold over 25 cases in Germany when they came out. 20 box case 36 packs per box 2 dollars a pack. Little kids knocking on my door all day and night to get them. Best money makers i ever had. I miss those days.

Prior years from memory, they had a Super Panini VIP Party ticket that was around $25,000 in product; that gave you more 1:1 access to their Autograph guests and a doubling up of the promo packs. The Regular Panini VIP Party ticket at the last Cleveland event (I went) was I believe $7,500 for ~400 Silver packs, ~125-150 Gold packs, 1 Black Box and the 8x10 autos. The $35k-$36k number wouldn't surprise me based on how crazy things have gotten in the "hobby."

Pretty sure last year was even 25k and included no party or vip packs. The only thing extra you got was massive amount of father day packs. That even sold out quickly.

I’m confused. I never bought one of these before, but it forst started out as hobby boxes? Then they moved to retail boxes? And now packs? What’s next year, singles? Why would anyone buy 10 packs of random stuff for $300? They at least better be hobby packs and not retail..

Also, A loupe gift card? What the heck is loupe?

In high school we used to eat at the local pizza place before games. Some of the guys would leave tips with just the junk in their pockets: pennies, lint, coupons for gas.

It was a jerk thing to do, but we weren’t spending $300.

The bonus items are "EXTRA's"
Many of the slabs and single cards will be autographed by some of the greats in the NBA, MLB and NFL. This product for the price point will deliver value and offer a fun rip with chances at some very nice bonu$ items.
Presells have been on par with previous years.
This is a $300 box with assorted Hobby and retails packs.
We've included many big hits and 100's of Topps transcendent packs randomly inserted.
If you are uncomfortable with what we have communicated to date on the product please dont buy it.

Remember people this is a business. They are selling these to make money. You don't sell them to lose money. While there will be some loaded boxes to make it look good. The most will be hard to break even on. This is pretty much any mystery box you sell anyone ever selling. It's a good way to move product you can't sell. I don't blame them doing this. It's a way to make money and get rid of the stuff and people will always buy it because it's no different then a box break. As long as people are degenerate gamblers you will always have breakers, razzs, and stuff like this.

Some of these extras have been solid and some frankly aren't, including $30 cards.

I think the fear is that people are going to spend $300 and get 6-8 retail packs and then 2 hobby packs of stuff like 2015 Strata football.

I'm guessing the answer is no based on last year. They did the same thing promoting additions along the way last year. That said I was not upset with my two boxes as I was able to make back my money on the products I did not want. I see this years being a much bigger challenge, especially for those purchasing individual boxes.
