Definitely. He took his time announcing that he would retire and the Patriots missed out on other free agent TE. Jared Cook was debating going to NE but gronk's status led him to pick Saints. Have to think we'd be in much better shape with that dude on the roster instead of Lacosse and Isso.. yikes

Why I'm not tooooo worried about Tom Brady's completion rate:

2018: (375 completions + 22 throwaways + 25 drops) / 570 attempts = 74.0%
2019: (331 completions + 37 throwaways + 29 drops) / 551 attempts = 72.1%

Don't count throwaways and drops as completions, just remove them from the math altogether:

2018: 375 completions / (570 attempts - 22 throwaways - 25 drops) = 71.7%
2019: 331 completions / (551 attempts - 37 throwaways - 29 drops) = 68.2%

still makes the point.

I'm a member of a page called Patriots Nation on FB.
A woman posted a pic of her 13 y/o son who had been on life support for 54 days,
She reached out to the Patriots and asked if they could send a Tom Brady auto.
They sent a Matthew Slater auto'd picture.

I reached out and asked if I could send him some stuff. Yesterday I sent him out a padded mailer full of Patriots and a note that told him I will buy him a Locker Room hat when the Pats win the Super Bowl this year.

Oh yeah....He's a Pats fan from Indy. So I included some Vinatieri Colts cards because I told him that Pats fans will always consider Adam a Patriot.

No one gonna bring up the Pro Bowl snubs? I mean I get that they don't matter, but come on, Tyreek Hill gets in over Edelman? Not to mention the deserving guys on defense. Instead, the flavor of the month Ravens get 12 guys on the roster.
