Cavs gotta be one of the worst 60+ win team ever

They can be completely radical and make current 3s worth 4, current 2s worth 3, and FTs worth 2. Of course that's a pipe dream, but I think NBA governors would implement this before they take huge losses on their businesses.
they will NEVER change the point of every basket. That would diminish every single stats in the history

Agreed, but if teams are making 3s that's better to watch than teams just hoisting them up at a bad %.

And if that's the case, at least it'll add some more strategy to games (hopefully).

I personally dislike seeing multiple players standing on the perimeter waiting to be passed the ball by a player penetrating the paint. I need more movement and variety.

Cavs on a run. Rick Carlisle on the brink of a time out.

Mitchell underwear ads going nowhere. More dunks in 30 seconds than I've seen in the game.

Is Indiana going to actually pull this off? Or are the Cavs going to win 3 straight?

My vote has shifted to Indy taking the series. Very pathetic showing for a #1 seed.

On the Cavs side, some fans opined that yeah, of course having two of your main guys out is going to hamper chances of a victory.

But I don't really think they showed that much more depth. I mean unsolvable depth. Pacers in 6.
Shoulda said Pacers in 5. Don't know why I was so irrationally pessimistic after a single Cavs victory.

Let's hope for a long and brutal war of attrition in Boston and NY.

Not a good showing for the Cavs. Certainly don't look like a 60 win team. They should come out desperate in game 5. You will know early if they have any fight in them.

I bet Indy for the series. They are pretty competitive and have the best player in the series.

Cleveland just seemed like a run of the mill East team that put together a good regular season.

Speaking of which, JJs five minutes of run in a Pacers' uni is on repeat.

It's so odd saying this, I have not bet at all on the basketball, past that $50 bet placed in Tijuana against Lakers which I placed for laughs, and pushed.

I think we are in a post-investment cards scenario, so we can't even call them a slow bet. I am going to Indiana or Ohio and start trading like Nesmith for Okoro.

Brian Windhorst said Jokic is winded -- pun intended.

His shooting percentages are down significantly this playoffs compared to past playoffs.

A lot more physical play this year -- a lot of grabbing and pushing.

Could someone go and do an "Okoro Your Our Only Hope?" meme.

I mean give him a chance leading the team? His energy alone might force a game six, so I can avoid eating my words.

Another observation. Haliburton, though he does deliver really good insights, is one press conference voice I cannot sit through the entire session of. I feel like he is explaining basketball to a corporate board.

Whereas when Myles, Nembhard, Nesmith, Jackson, and Siakam (sometimes) speak I am on the edge of my seat. TJ is also has a good insight on occasion. Rick always on point "when he talks people listen" = has the ears of the team.

Hope Rick and the rest of the team have a chat with Mathurian.. between the Milwaukee series and this one he's been Draymond Green lite like...

One of these times that he decides to antagonize will cost the Pacers

Broadest royal use of "we" ever.

So yeah, if he plays better from here, I'm sure the Cavs beat the Pacers into submission (they're going to win anyways if they can stay healthy)

Hard for me to call this but I say Cavs in 7.
And then, yes, there was this savant:

Actually, it's not on the boxscore, but you do see Double A actively running the team from the outset. Ensuring proper form, effort, and rhythm. Add in those numero 23 MJ fadeaways at the buzzer (wasn't me who said it, was Chuck).

Can't blame Mitchell for making a business decision to come out of the game at the start of the second half.

This might be the year the teams said F U to the owners and F U to the hobby and a BIG F U to your card investments

Does Denver trade Joker this offseason because he's wearing down in the playoffs and is out of shape? lol
