Not neccessarily, I literally had 0 chance the other way. 3 straight days for Bowman 1st and I couldn't even log in to my account much less try to add to my cart. Same thing happened with Bowman Sapphire. For me in particular this way is better. Even if it's miniscule it's still better than 0% for me the other way

Poor logic. I could just say that everyone who was picked has a 100% chance.

If you enter the raffle, you have a non-zero chance of winning. Your entrance in the raffle is the chance itself.

I have zero chance competing against bots. So do most collectors. That's 0%. Not the raffle method.

Guess that's why I'm a collector, not an investor
I can respect that.

I am 95% an autograph collector, but since I joined BO, I have gotten back into purchasing product, and I really enjoy buying and collecting sealed boxes of product.

I have yet to open my two "Brooklyn Collection" boxes, and a ton of other stuff.

It's much less frustrating to have a set system versus what we had
This coming from someone who got through on most releases. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don't care to spend it attempting to get through, I don't see the problem with the raffle concept. Much less complaints for Topps

This just gets Topps off the hook for a while. Lotteries will not solve anything as having free tickets just means an exponential increase in the number of account registrations.

Will Topps prevent that with their cutting edge data mining technology? Same thing will happen... lots of boxes in the hands of a few who can successfully game the system.

The only way to ensure that lotteries remain fair is to monetize the tickets by opening up club membership and moving to a fee for right to purchase system where every membership gets exactly one ticket. Want more chances to win? Buy more memberships.

Love the looks of these, still love '93. Imagine if Superfractors were around at the beginning of Finest, can you imagine the Griffey or Ripken or Thomas? WOW.

Congrats to those who already have boxes open and enroute.

Was Group 1, got an email and was an easy buy. Wife's account was established for years, updated address info and was Group 1, no email, not picked. Nothing when she logs in.

I am hoping that if the raffle winners don't get their allocation in 48 hours there will be another wave of winners in a couple days.

Total respect for those who collect unopened. A sealed collection is cool to see
I know that personally I'd never be able to control myself lol

What are the refractors going to settle to for pricing?

Group 1 no email. I'd have liked to have built a set, but not paying over initial price on these boxes. I think I'll take the money for these boxes play online and find the best combo of original 93 singles for the same price and try to pick up a set in a few months if the price doesn't go crazy.

Tough to say, Golds/50 and Blacks/25 are in play here. I would say a lot less than their 2013 counterparts because of that for the same or similar players. You were looking at /10-/25 in 2013. This year you have 75 in the two colors alone.
