Maybe don’t put Witt in the 2 hole maybe sliding him down would help? Matheny is not a great manager though

Totally agree, it's still early but maybe moving him to #5 will clear his head. Seems like he's trying too hard up there to get things going.

Baseball… the only thing in life where you can fail 7 out of ten times and still be a star. This game is not easy. We get spoiled seeing these young studs perform in MiLB and think it will translate, but sometimes it takes time. His pedigree is solid, but he’s facing pitchers way more advanced than anyone he faced in minors. Plus, the enormous pressure he carries being Bobby Sr son and the hope of a franchise (remember Alex Gordon?). I’ve said it before, these players don’t care about sports cards or collections, or investing in BCAs, but too many act like these players owe them just because they have $$$ spent on hoping they deliver. I think the kid will be fine, or he could flame out like many others. Baseball development is a marathon, not a sprint. We are spoiled with guys who come up and are studs out of the gate… Trout, Harper, Mookie, Acuna, Soto etc. There are HOF who had horrific starts to their careers, 4-5 years worth. Teams don’t have patience anymore for guys though and clearly many here don’t either.

Got mine Monday. I only ordered one, to place next to my BB21 Witt. I do think it's a cool card.

I received mine yesterday. I struck out on the 15 I picked up. I do like the card thou so don't mind stashing it away
