It'll be $1200 on Friday, you're correct!

Interesting hobby reverse pump. I guess we'll look forward to seeing guys standing 10 deep waiting for the reps.

Guaranteed, I'd expect chaos when this hits the shelves. It's why I said get your retail early before it explodes. I know I'm going to be a lot more aggressive than usual in acquiring lots.

What do you mean get retail early? That could work in some flyover states but everywhere else we'd have to time travel back to the Prizm release. As they say, the horse has left the barn.

Default Buy what you can

When I see lots on Mercari, eBay, Twitter, Facebook I'm going to be more aggressive as I think if you get in early you could get some deals on retail formats.

Reverse pump #2... it’s worth nothing! Go grab Score football instead.

During the retail flood, flippers race to the bottom to unload products. It’s the best time to buy from the second market.

Flippers also cram mega boxes into padded envelopes and sell the same lot to multiple buyers.

If you can find a good deal from a reliable source, that's great, but I'll stick to checking a few strategically chosen stores. I'd rather strike out than deal with fly-by-night sellers.

Hold out until you can find some at MSRP folks. Be it in-store and/or online...

We got this...

I don't have any strategically chosen stores, every store around me is bone dry and I work during the day so its not like I can wait at the Target.

7 Steps to becoming a successful flipper:

Step 1: Quit job (if already unemployed with no meaningful skills, skip to step 2)

Step 2: “Procure” a late 90s Honda Civic

Step 3: Set up a rudimentary bed / mattress in the back seat of said Civic (if already homeless, skip to step 4)

Step 4: Set up shop in Target or Walmart parking lot of your choice

Step 5: Wake up and enter Target in a disheveled, unshowered manner

Step 6: Awkwardly wait for rep while simultaneously blocking access to the card aisle

Step 7: Clean out those shelves and max out that capital one card baby!

I don't have time or patience to wait around either. My only significant find this year required a day trip and I literally walked in on the MJ guy as he was unloading. It's a crapshoot I know but worth a try going somewhere with fewer sneakerbois.

All this fervent talk about clearing Meijers shelves and pillaging Walmart checkout lanes and not a single mention of what matters most:

Sad what this 'hobby' has become when not even the neediest of fetuses has a 0% chance at a Hoops winter blaster.

Somethin' like a cross between Teddy Aguhob and Kaboom Mystery Packs. I got that Givenchy denim flow.

That’s a legitimate concern but I don’t have any chance of scoring in brick and mortar. Hopefully I can score off target or Wally World websites. If chronicles is anything like mosaic there will be plenty eBay sellers who properly ship.

Am too lazy to look through this entire thread - anyone have a guess as to when we (not me, the other guy in my city who has an in with the reps) should expect to see these hit shelves?

Hoping to just find a box or two tbh, love Chronicles

If the pay off the cc crowd is selling hangers and blasters for $40 or so like Mosaic I'm debating on if I should sell all my Disney shares and put well into the 5 figures into Chronicles blasters and hangers. Wish I'd have done it on Mosaic but I was an idiot and only bought 110 blasters and 50 hangers.

Doubt we'll see any that low....If so I will buy all I can find...The one seller on eBay selling blasters has sold through probably 30-40 at $90 per.

I can't believe, granted I got them almost all at MSRP, I sunk so much ito Bowman blasters and Bowman Mega Boxes. I should have ended up with at least 150 Mosaic blasters and 75 hangers at an average of $40-$43 a piece instead of the Bowman junk.

I think it’s this week. Every other retail basketball has hit the shelves before hobby was released.
