I've been in and out of penn gaming (PENN) stock for a while now. I was in when it hit.

Internet gambling is a big effing deal. WSJ in the article you point out. It was the cover of Barrons this week (I know it's owned by WSJ but it is a separate mag with its own space on the virtual newsstands).

Went 2-2 yesterday because I took the o233 in the Blazers/Lakers game but it was my first non-profitable day in 6 days. The 6 day streak was fun, but time to start a new winning streak, starting with Michigan State -5. Bet $7.77 to win $5.98. With Kobe King quitting and Brad Davidson suspended, I feel that line is small even if it is a road game for MSU.

I added Louisville -3 to my slip and Indiana +7.5. 7.5 seemed to be a lot of points to give between two relatively even teams, especially with how Ohio State has struggled in Big Ten play. So, what I am saying, is don't tail my Indiana +7.5 because Ohio State will probably win by 15

Looking like I am going to be starting my day off 0-2 with Indiana +7.5 looking unlikely and Michigan St -5 looking brutal with them down 14 almost at half.

I lost on Indiana, butler and Michigan st.

But I put the equivalent to those dollars on Louisville covering the spread. I was better off with this one winning than I would have been with the other three winning.

I also placed small bets on LSU and Rice.

Now I have Kansas on tye ml, south Florida to cover by 14, SDSU to cover 6.5, the clippers ml, South Carolina money line, Baylor money line and the mavs money line. All individual bets.

I have a six team nba parlay for undera buck. I won't win but I like to just toss out a few cents on a parlay for tye hell of it every now and again.

I also took Butler live. I am 2-3 on the day. Lost on Indiana +7.5, MSU -5, and Butler Live -1.5. I won on Clippers 1H -6.5 and Louisville -3. I currently have Baylor -11 and Kentucky +3. I am debating North Carolina -12 since Cole Anthony is back tonight.

I added New Mexico for -4.5 when they were up 16 in the first half and now that game is tied

I like PSU -4 1st Half.

Have no idea why but for some reason I think Watkins actually has a good game today. Guy has been pretty non-existent since the start of Dec. though so no sure why I think it’ll change today but we will see.

I am screwing around with the BC/UNC game.

I am a huge BC fan but they suck and have for a decade.

I will play tye ML after UNC scores and grab BC. Then I will sell it when tye payout adjusts over my wager.

Obviously the risk is pretty high because it's dead money if UNC goes on a run.

Penn State goes into the half up 5. Only other action I took today was PSA to win outright and the total to be under 150.5. My bigger bet was the -4 at half so I’ll take a positive day

The officiating in this Auburn/UK game has just been rough. 45+ fouls at this point in the game. They aren't even letting them play. Auburn has shot freaking 40 free throws. Thats the only reason they are in the game because they have shot only 35% from the field.

One team shot 20 more free throws than the other in that Auburn/UK game. A lot of incredibly touchy fouls called. Kentucky was called for 29 fouls versus 19 against Auburn. Homecourt bias was huge in that game. Refs bailed out a team that shot 35% from the field and 26% from the three point line.
