Got 3 cards in today (Efdot Wrapper, Styles Robinson, and Quiccs Ruth). The cases felt slightly thinner, and sure enough there's a difference in the case size. My superior fit sleeves don't fit these quite as snug. Not a big deal, just thought it was a bit weird.

I think it's a sign that I've bought too many of these project cards that I could tell something was different before even opening up the bubble wrap

Received a box of 21 cards from Wheeler yesterday.

Probably one more box and then the exclusive oversized gold-stamped prints.

Did Topps ever say if the prints were framed or unframed?

One happy singles buyer here to report that it finally happened, got my first foil in the mail today! Cutting it close to the end of the project, but better late than never.

The foil is a Styles Robinson and I noticed the same thing with the holders. The holder for the foil is slightly taller and thicker than the holder the base is in...a sign that in hand is the only way to fully appreciate these

Purchased my first under $8 P70 card, Ichiro POSE. I also grabbed a Kelenic for just over $10. Going to be fun when Kelenic gets on a hot streak this season.

So I recently received a P70 order and inside the box was my correct packing slip (x5 of a single card), along with a second packing slip for another person's order (6 card bundle). And unfortunately the cards inside were the other guy's order only.

I e-mailed Topps and was told to return the cards I received and they would send me the correct cards. I asked for a refund instead because I only purchased 5 of the same card for the (very slim) chance of getting a foil version, and now with those all shipped out, I would not have bought 5 for a 100% chance of only base cards. Now miraculously they "located my initial order" while also informing me refunds are against their company policy and foil version are noted on the packing slip, so I should be able to tell if I got one originally or not.

It also seems way too convenient and next to impossible for them to have "located my initial order" when I'm in possession of my shipping box/label and packing slip...

So my 2 questions:
1) Has anybody received a refund if you've been shipped the wrong order?
2) Does it actually say on your packing slip if you've received a foil version?

It’s not a separate line item but it is hand noted on there “+1” or something to that effect

Sometimes they would circle the one you received a foil of, sometimes not. It does not always say on the packing slip if you received a foil.

1) I've received a wrong card, but I just wanted a replacement (as I'm building player sets), so they sent me the replacement while letting me keep the card they sent. Didn't inquire about a refund, so sorry I can't help there.

2) Just today I received #881 Mantle by Ron English and got a Rainbow Foil with it. Nothing on the packing slip indicated it was in there.

I hope this helps you in some way!

My last order had two foils, but no indication on the packing slip. Still, thanking my lucky stars because I feel like only Blake Jamieson and resellers have hit more of his Project70 foils than I have!

Thank you guys for the comments regarding foil indicators on packing slips. Having somebody in their warehouse pick and choose who got them and then marking it on the slip would have been a very odd way to go about it, and not nearly as optimal or "random" as it should be.

all my early foils were marked on the shipping slip (it would list what # out of 70 it was)
any i have received since say September, none have been marked on slip.

also got three new singles in. no foils, but good to be getting some cards again.
ron english set is complete, the mantle was WAY too dark. like way worse than the topps.com photo. sad, it would have been a great card if you could see it.

Don't want to get your hopes up but sounds like that box will have multiple golds/chase cards and obviously foils.

When did they start sending the golds and chase with the regular cards? I only got foils with the regular cards. My one gold and two chase came as separate single card packages.

For me, it started in project 2020 (my gold Siff Clemente came as the 4th card in the 3-pack).

In project 70, for my gold (CES Tatis) and chase cards (Staple Torre and Naturel Bo Jackson footballer), they came in same package as the base.
