If I had to choose one, Craola. Though I like both and think they fit their sets nicely.

I agree that both fit their sets nicely.

I would have preferred no wrapper cards at all but CRAOLA and Naturel understood the assignment.

I’m going to get that Staple one. Can’t resist it’s allure.

Placed my 2nd to last p70 order tonight.

Brusdar Graterol--Jonas Never
Wrapper- Jacob Rochester
Josh Harrison-Mimsbandz
Wrapper-Jeff Staple

One more to go on Wednesday, if there's anything that speaks to me--probably will get the Baller Trout as it will bring these last two years full circle

I purchased the first three P70 cards and then later on I purchased a "Fucci" Mantle AP; so I really never got involved in P70.

But I did purchase the Naturel and Staple "Wrapper Art" cards.

I enjoy my 2018 Topps "Wrapper Art" cards and these two will fit in nicely.

Interesting that you bring that card up.

When it was released I didn't like it at all, but now I do.

I'll just buy it on the secondary market.

I don't like the Efdot "Wrapper Art' card at all.

Just realized that on the last day of P70 we'll have the opportunity to buy both a Baller Trout AND a Shore Griffey

a JK5 Acuna would've been sick. But he wanted to do Griffey AGAIN and finish it off w/ a Matsui card.

Much better decision than a wrapper, in my opinion.

NY Nico: I really enjoyed the colors and design on their first few cards. Even on their Rivera card, I didn't like it at first (turn around, Mo!), but they still did something cool with the 1959 design.

But, then their set lost me. They had a huge phallic bat Reggie, then several cards with too much text, and then the last three cards were even stranger and more unsettling than their Reggie. I'll pick up their Mets subset at some point, since the Alonso and Wright cards used Mr Met so well. Favorite card: Alonso. Least favorite: Berra.

Rochester: A few weeks ago, I was disappointed in his P70 set since his cards were not as wild as his best P2020 cards. His P70 cards have this lofi, distressed look that I wasn't really feeling.

But, his last 4 cards were solid. Looking back, there are also a few details that stand out in his earlier cards. The exciting thumbnail pic in his 1976 Tatis. The broken 8-track look of his Devers card. The hot yellow background against the black 2007 design on his Acuna. How chill Luis Robert looks against the big purple SOX font. So, good set overall. Favorite: Cool Papa. Least: Jazz looks kinda drab.

Wrappers: I haven't gotten any yet, but overall I've liked them more than I expected I would. Favorite: Rochester or Toy Tokyo (or maybe Efdot??) so far.

So bad it is awesome. I appreciate him providing a Sonics themed Kyle Lewis. That Trout just screams him being bored of designing cards though.

He's going to finish only making 12 cards.

Yeah, I'd definitely need Topps to pay me for that one, rather than the normal way around. But to each his/her/their own!

Yeah, that's pretty good. I was hoping they'd use a few more older players so they could've shown more flashes of old New York. Their Willie Mays card could've been what I was looking for, but unfortunately they cluttered up the card and blocked the background image by using a pic of Willie holding a huge stack of bats. Their Jackie card uses a boring pic of Jackie looking peeved while sitting in the dugout.

In general, Nico used too many weird pics: Torre giggling while picking his nose, Scherzer wearing goggles while winning the World Series before coming to the Mets, Strawberry looking bored to have won yet another championship, pics of Babe AND Mantle wearing crowns, Reggie spreading wide to show off his bat.
