I am rooting for Both Soto and Belli along with other great MLB talent, it been fun to watch all of them IMO.

How did you come to that conclusion? I’ve been involved in this thread since it was started. Never disrespecting any of the members on here. Just having conversations about baseball and cards. Don’t take it so personally.

But if you truly believe people saw this coming... I don’t know what to tell you. Nobody was buying cards 2 years ago saying “these will spike like crazy”. Everyone was buying for the slow and steady growth. The whole hobby changed on a dime.

I too don’t know what to tell you. I absolutely saw this coming. Others here saw this coming more than I. Others still are telling you it’s still cheap and coming even more, and they are absolutely right. Nbd.

Well good on you. If you “absolutely saw this coming” and knew we would go into a nationwide lockdown causing card prices to surge then you’re way smarter than me.

You're looking at this from the wrong angle. Potential has always been there. Most of us saw it. Things changed at the end of March, beginning of April. If you paid attention to what the big boys were buying, the new deep pockets entering the market, and the creation of fractional shares, you absolutely saw something like this happening. Nobody could have envisioned this magnitude of a leap, but the writing has been on the wall for months. Buy, buy, buy, buy, buy. I've been saying it forever.

I hear ya, I’ve been in since Soto’s were $7. I made a very healthy profit on all my cards, just not the max. You’re the only one who gave me a straight answer on whether or not I should jump back in. At one point I had a PSA 10 Red, Refractor, XFractor, Pink, etc.

The simple question was do people think his cards are overpriced? I don’t want to buy in and lose money. But it sounds like there is no risk to them going down, so I’m buying.

Amazing! Only thing better than a horizontal card is one with a swinging strike, busy background, and diagonal color stripes.

Exactly! And another cut off "W" in the background. Come on, I thought we were done with cut off W's to argue centering.

I suppose they picked the image because of Soto's eyes and focus. But so much else wrong with the card.
