2016 Topps Star Wars The Force Awakens Series 2 - Page 4

So it looks like Topps is revealing one name per week day, and my guess is that they will take it all the way up to release day, which would get us up to the 25 total they said are in the set. I hope the last week they start revealing the big names.

I am glad to see new signers, but most of these people so far I either don't remember from the movie or they were in it for a hot second!

I'd rather Topps just issue one press release with the all signers listed. Revealing one 'b' list auto everyday doesn't create any excitement for the the product.

While no one extraordinary has been revealed at least these are first time signers from the movie, not voice actors. There will be an opportunity for collectors to add new autos to their collections. This should give a better overall value to series 2 than previous releases with all the repeat signers. For most of the cast, this will be thier first auto option as they have not started the convention circuit yet.

Aside from the last guy (which I would still be happy to get, since I do have an Ahmed Best auto

), I'm pretty excited about all of the new signers, whether they were in the entire movie or 5 seconds. I'm not going to pay a premium for them, but I still want to add them to my collection.

Plus, they teased 25 new signers, we still have a ways to go....

To me, it's still a vast improvement on jamming in another Pam Rosey or Bai Ling auto into yet another set ... none are premium signers, but are worth collecting.

As long as there are 3-5 A listers and another 3-5 B signers that you get at least 1 A/B signer per case, I will be happy.

I don't think that is asking too much!

I wish it would be 1 A lister per case along with 2 B listers and 3 D listers per case, but that is asking too much.
