If you like going to the mall to get Bed Bath & Beyond scented hand soaps with your girls, there is nothing wrong with that.

Just don’t lie to yourself

This! If you are not able to talk to you wife or GF the way you can talk to your “friend”, then your relationship is not strong.

I keep repeating myself, but your SO should be able to give you everything you could get from another female…and more. That’s why you chose them to be your SO, isn’t it?

I always thought having female friends was a cover up.

I had a few women ask me if it was cool if they went to hang out with another dude for whatever reason. I said yeah you can go hang out with him, but I won’t be here when you get back. It’s called respect people…come on

Would not hang out with a straight female out of respect for my partner.

Guys are dawgs....females can be as well.

Use promo code “emasculated” for 15% off your next purchase.

Everyone loves scented hand soaps though.

You’ve been insulting people this whole thread then you throw the word respect in here? Come on now…

“Should be able to give you everything you could get from another female friend”
Maybe we define friendship differently. What do you look to get from your male “friends”?

Yes, respect. Respect for your partner. Literally zero need for female friends if you are in a committed relationship.

From my male friends we talk about a bunch of random crap. I know my boys got my back through thick and thin. I cannot relate with women when it comes to real life stuff, I just don’t see how you can.

Don’t feel bad for me. I am on the side of strong healthy relationships. If you don’t want that in your life, to each his own.

It’s sounds like you just haven’t had any good female friend, and I’m pretty sure I know why.

So my female friend I’ve known for 13 years. Much like my guy friends, I’ve made memories and had a great time with this friend. Now you are saying because I have a gf now, I’m disrespecting my GF because I have a female friend?

Why do you need male friends so bad? Just dudes doing dude stuff on the DL?

You’re overcompensating for something for sure

It’s an honor. If you want to break it down for me, be my guest. Your subtle jabs just tell me you have nothing really to say.

I already said I have no issue with people thinking they can be friends with women, I am just saying my opinion on the matter.

I scanned this message way too quickly and thought you had a friendship with k13

He’s still banned right?

Hope he has female friends.

Dudes doing dude stuff 100%. I have 3 or 4 really close friends. We don’t talk everyday, but they always pick up and I do the same.

I am not overcompensating for anything. I know exactly what I want, and have people I can relate to in my inner circle. That’s what a friend is for.

So why so interested in dudes only? Sounds like a female could also fit this bill

What can’t you relate to outside of some sexist getting your nails done diatribe?

Partially, yes. While she has been in your life for 13 years, seeing you hang out and have another female over has to affect your girlfriend at least a little bit.

OK… I said I was out but I’m not

The best man in my wedding was a gay guy

Thoughts? Feelings? Concerns?

What do we have in common? Are we just dudes doing dude stuff?
