For the price that products came out at, I still think Undisputed was such an amazing product. Ten autos with mostly on-card for $200 or less depending on when you bought it. That’s insane nowadays.

Loved opening Undisputed. However, this looks like it’s in another level. So many duals, triples and even quads that have never happened. Sucks they couldn’t get Flair to sign. I would have paid a fortune for an Evolution quad.

This set does look like the potential for beautiful cards is huge just hoping the sticker autos are kept to a minimum

If I learnt anything from soccer, its that dont sleep on FOTL.

First year FOTL immaculate for soccer I think I hit some of the biggest pulls from those cases, and many of the regular cases were duds in comparison. Wouldn't be surprised if majority of the quads or trios are in the FOTL

Heard the same for Prizm...I guess it could be coincidence but people were saying they were pulling 1/1s more commonly from FOTL.

Would make sense since it releases early to hype up the hobby sale.

First year Undisputed was one of my favorite products to open. I opened two cases at I believe $160 or $170 a box, for 10 autos that was amazing value. Looking back that product had a ton of value with the NXT autos (Bliss,Sasha,Becky etc) but the legends autos were really lacking. These newer products contain some of the heavy hitters (Undertaker, Triple H, Austin, Hogan, Brock and an occasional Vince). I think Triple H was the only guy from that list ever to have an Undisputed auto. It's a shame Topps could not get those guys in any of the Undisputed products.

I'm happy most of my people have something new it is just sad that Wade Barrett and Molly Holly were snubbed from the checklist after being in the last two sets.

I'm envious that these are your PCs; you are probably able to get some incredible cards for good prices!

I can’t imagine many people willing to spend $1k on a box of that. I’m curious if there’s even plans for a new Prizm set.

If they guarantee an auto from one of the top 6 guys like they did the first year of basketball and get all on card autos and diamonds (haha), they could pull it off, especially for breakers. With limited production it could be very successful.

I know I would be down for several cases at $1000 per box, which is what the original basketball product came out at.

I was going to pre-order a case and use some credit I had with SSC but they went out of stock and now they just got relisted and they bumped the price up to $450 per box and $2250 a case. No thanks

Good call. I think the cards look great but wrestling collectors still really haven’t shown that they’ll pay big big bucks for cards. $450 for six cards, one being a base card, still means you have an uphill battle here. If you’re opening for fun and plan on keeping everything, it’s a cool set with nice cards but if you plan to try to rip and flip, I think that’s a pretty big gamble at $400.

Prizm we one year ago and I’m not sure some people haven’t learned their lesson.

Prizm was its own special deal, I wouldn't compare Immaculate to it (or anything else for that matter). Prizm didn't have any guaranteed hits, over-excited collectors just thought that color parallels would be valuable. They were incorrect. Chronicles and Impeccable boxes have held their value so I assume Immaculate will do the same. Prizm was a really bad first impression for Panini's WWE run but things have been more 'normal' since then with prices in the expected range considering today's overall inflated card market.

Not saying it isn't expensive and probably over-priced, and I wouldn't pay more than retail now for it, it'll drop back to retail and probably a little lower in the next couple months.

i am trying to figure out how this breaks down. i went through the checklist, and (personal opinion) found a total of 901 autographed cards that, if i got one of these i would consider it a successful box at $400. once again, your list may be different, but i pretty much figured austin, taker, hogan, cody, some of the quads and triples as hits i would be happy with. if the numbers work out perfectly, based off 1 base card per box, there should be 12,100 boxes or 2,420 cases. that would put one of the above mentioned cards at 1 per every 2.75 cases on average. as i have said plenty of times before, i just dont see the logic of risking opening versus just buying what you want on ebay, unless you just dont mind spending $400 for 6 cards of fun time. to each their own. good luck to those who open

If the idea is just finding cards that would make up the $400 price tag, you'd also have to include just about any /1 card (hell I sold a 1/1 Nikkita Lyons base card from Chronicles for over $700), many more /10 or less autograph cards, etc. so its not quite as bad as one box every 2.75 cases that would yield a profit just looking from a value perspective. Plus if in one box you pull a... Styles low serial auto, Becky auto, Reigns auto, and some fluff all the cards added up could pass $400 even if you didn't pull the "big one". That's been my track record with WWE lately, I've never pulled one of the big legends but I've gotten enough other good cards to make it worth my while.

Course, its always a gamble, same with any sport. I get one box of each release because I enjoy ripping boxes, then I'll buy a single or two from each set for my PC. There is no right or wrong way to go about it, although I'd caution anyone from paying above retail right now just due to FOMO, it'll come back down to $375 to $400. Price just spiked a bit when the checklist came out.

Seeing this priced at $500, yikes. Excluding the base card, that means you gotta average $120 or so per card after fees and shipping. That's not easy feat. Cards look great, I may buy a box if prices come down a bit and I get my tax refund.

Yup... FOTL probably selling out at $700. Wouldn't be surprised if it's higher. I didnt count each wrestler but ballpark is around 140-160 FOTL cards so these might not last long.

I blame it on people rushing to put in pre-orders once they saw the checklist. Then of course the retailers sell out of that 'batch', figure the demand is there and they'll take advantage by raising the price on the next wave. If this batch doesn't sell out, it'll slowly drop back to the $400 range.

Checklist definitely more surprising than originally thought- super cool and weird to see steven richards, nasty boys, dudleys, among a few others on the checklist. Some of those quad autos are gonna be INTENSE

No one was rushing to buy it. It's still available on ebay for $400 a box. What happened was BO knew FOTL was coming. So they raised hobby from $400 to $500 to help FOTL sell out higher and maintain higher hobby manipulated price. This has been happening a bunch lately. They raise hobby before FOTL then pretty close after drop it down again. So as usual all normal buyers trying to get product at something resembling decent value can't get it and/or get screwed.

Looks like FOTL is set to drop on Panini's site next Tuesday at noon; dutch auction beginning at 750 with a 300 floor.

I'm thinking this will go around 600-ish. If it dips into the mid-500s I'm going to be tempted.
