I don’t think that many blowout members were buying at the prices he was at a day prior to the news breaking. Most of us got in early enough that’s we still aren’t taking a loss. I’m in the middle of selling off my Deshaun collection and while his prices aren’t anywhere near where they recently were, I’m still making a nice profit.

I purchased 2 Watson cards in May 2020 ($800 investment) - traded them before the start of last season and flipped into $3000 or a $2200 profit.

Happy ending boy outlines all the more reason why you should always take the profit.

I have one card left, but sold all others for a very nice profit. Have nothing to really lose, but the fact he has all of the troubles and is being magnified by his high profile celebrity saddens me. If he was a regular Joe blow he would not be the talk of the media. I have other thoughts, but will hush on those. Just sad.

Side note: Aussie/NZ money is very colorful and pretty cool looking. It's also made out of some kind of plastic and looks/feels fake when you're used to American. It's definitely much better looking than the drab USD.

Luck still has some value, and left the league as great and on his own accord. If Watson is thrown out and dishonored, that's a new kind of low for QB values.

My brother and I were in the car and talking about QBs because Trevor Lawrence is being called the safest QB pick since Luck. Sorry but if Lawrence has the career Luck had it would be a HUGE disappointment.

I could be wrong, but I feel like a lot of colts fans would disagree with this take. While he obviously never got a ring, he still had a pretty successful career. I think the only disappointment was how short it was. I think things would’ve been different had they had the proper line to protect him. It was the organizations fault, not his.
