Damn, this popcorn takes like shyt. Must be spoiled. Or maybe it’s all just BAD?

Nobody cares. But I’m just too tired to write a 7,000 word apology at this hour.

limitedlogos is the closest proximity sale to the grading date. If it didn’t change hands between January and July, then he was the grader of #49, and also the grader of the 2/5 trimmed platinum.

Is there anyone on BO that deals in high end that may possibly know Eric that lives in the Utah area? Mind is a bit fuzzy at the moment.

Asking for a friend.

If it wasn’t so late, and me on an outdated iPad, I’d look. Also, perhaps that limitedlogos account, and a specific high end card or two linked, would speak volumes.

Am I really going to get dragged into this because I’m from Utah? You guys are precious.

Ps - keep going. Great detective work. But I can assure you that I have nothing to do with this.

January and July is a half year, I think it's enough period to change hands.

If he's that big time #@#@#@#@#@#@#@ for these big time cards, it's more likely he's been still active in the business instead of a person from Utah who's gone, that's why I doubted more on that guy with 8,905 feedback.

Also anybody who faked patch and graded it in January, that type of guy wouldn't hold it in his vault for a half year I think. It's all possibilities though.

Did not speak your name even once. BUT. I am glad you chimed in. Because your online reputation regarding BNC and possible trimmed items hasn't exactly been stellar, ya know...

So we're talking about a card from $7,655 to $215,000. Of course that card is not worth that much whether the sale is legit or not and it's not even close, but I wondered who bought it and completed to search probstein123's recent 10,000 feedback he left.

You know he leaves feedback immediately once it's paid. His recent 1-month feedback is 14,460, I think his recent 5-day feedback he left wouldn't surpass 10,000. He didn't leave feedback on this one.

You implied it. You know you did. Everyone here does. But I will continue to look past it just I did all the other unkind things you’ve said in the other thread.

Found him.

His name’s Tony. He and I met at the card shop I use to work at in Salt Lake. He completely crushed the Steph Curry market when Steph blew up in 2013-14-ish. Like completely destroyed it. He had everything. Several NT’s, logoman autos, 1/1’s, etc.

I texted him a few minutes ago and told him he was being accused of something. He asked what? And I, honestly only starting to pay attention when you decided to throw me in to this again, “Trimming maybe. Patch replacement maybe.” His response was a slap to the face emoji and then he said “I wish I could do that stuff”.

I asked “Mind if I tell everyone you said that?”

And he said “I seen on one page they posted a Curry I did own. I wish I still did”

I asked if I could use his first name and he said that was fine.

I think that’s all I know at this point. I’m pretty sure he’s a member here. He might be able to help. I’ll ask him if he can come here and provide any other details on where he got the card. That’s what we need to figure out who switched the patch.

OK, just found my link with limitedlogos.

Again, to me it seems he was not a big time faker but he was a serious collector of Curry and others, he bought it as a fake, and after Curry failed to win a title thanks to a big spoil by LeBron, probably he felt Curry's stuffs were at their peak or just needed some money, tried to sell Curry's high end stuffs around July 2016.

It's cool.

So suddenly you remember him, had personal encounters, and had his number saved in your phone.

So I guess we will just have to settle for the 'he texted me...I'll speak on his behalf until he can show up and speak on his own' thing again.

Hope it turns out better for you this time around. That's not me tossing the pitchforks, it's just me genuinely hoping you're more forthcoming this time around.

Thanks man. This is what believe too.

Like I said, I texted him to see if he would tell me where he got the Steph NT. Let’s see what he finds.

I already said that I had to look into my email. The only reason that I was able to figure it out is on an ebay message I referred to another local card shop in Utah and saw his first name. Messages from 6 years ago. I knew him not online as much as in person.

Ok cool. Hopefully he shows up on here to shed more light on this, and if he dealt directly with Eric or not.
