Just curious, if starting point for pricing is the same as Houdini shouldn't this be a 24 case break?

I have had a few people reach out to me and ask this very question...

I cant promise it right now....

I don't generate the numbers Houdini does so I need a starting point and will inevitably have to drop prices. It wont be until we get further along in the claim process before I can gauge wether or not I can add cases or what not.

In fairness, he didn't make his/add cases to his breaks until AFTER the auto spots were already done bidding anyways. BUT....

That doesn't mean that if the break does really well that I can't/wont be able to add some cases to the break.

And with that said.... we are off to a very promising start.

Right now I have 3 guys across 56 cases mix of their auto and non auto.
Going forward I will do my best to stick to one guy for the 200 run but he’s a bit popular so gonna be tough to snag him.

To be fair to Dave, the prospect auto prices were set before the 11th case was added and the non prospect auto prices were set before the 12th case was added.

I would not expect Dave to add cases like H did. You are talking about two great breakers but H does more volume so he has certain things he is able to offer us that Dave just cannot. This is not to say that H “HAS” to do anything special for us so anything extra he does is very well appreciated.

Agreed. What Houdini is able to do is definitely on another level. He has access that the regular breakers here can’t do. Anything extra is out of our own pockets.

I would not be surprised that the buy in prices are different between David and Houdini so to be fair we cant judge about that, there is a another difference which can be adressed, half of the cases Houdini is doing are Super Jumbo and i do believe these are more expensive. I know that David values his customers and im positive he will do what needs to be done if he has the financial ability to do so.

I will work on some price reductions.

I have to go to a friends B-day party tonight so I will get the reductions posted up tonight when I get back (depending on how much I have had to drink) or tomorrow morning

Funny you should ask. I was just prepping it.

I will post it once i feel I have enough of my guys. I don't want to post it now and have guys see my interest and grab those spots. Even worse, jack up the price if it is an open auction.

I mean, if you see the Drafts threads, you can easily see the cards I claimed. Just don't want to make it official yet.

It's hard to just grab 30-40 cases of your guy when you see new threads pop up breaking 20+ cases. Always find myself saying "What if my Super is in those cases!!" lol

Didn't overpay by much I was at $255, I'd go $470 for Turang in this one.
