AWESOME! I think sometimes I look at things like this and hope that when my day comes people have good things to say about me and also have a good laugh.

I think death effects everyone differently. I appreciate your posts. I understand that he had a great impact on your life. Glad he had a proper military burial.

Agreed, brother. Life isn't what you take from it; it's what you put into it. I just lost a very close friend today and it stings. Just makes me think that no one is promised tomorrow.

How do we make sure we remember these things every day? That, to me, is the key.

Sorry about that Dajuan.

Nice to know that others close to Dave got a chance to go through the thread. Pretty damn cool, not something you see here everyday.

My sympathies OP, sounds like Dave was a treasure. May you find comfort in your memories of the time you shared together.

Dave was a great guy. My dad knew Dave since the 90's and we always stopped by his table at the Bordentown show. I was not at the show when they placed the flowers out but my dad told me about it. It sounded like a nice tribute for a staple of the show. I wish I had made a trip to his store before his passing, it sounded like a great spot. He always knew what I or any other regular attendee was looking for and would point it out if he had it. Like you said, he was always fair with his pricing. I still go into the show expecting to see his table when I walk in.
