I wouldn't bet on that being the actual auto on his cards until we see one in hand vs. the mock-up.

usually the mock-ups have the stock auto pasted on it, but yeah, I certainly won't be buying if it's the new C- auto or a redemption.

With the number of subjects in SC, Topps probably had these out to sign earlier in the year. Based on that assumption, the prospect of it being his "full" auto is reasonable. Could be his last release with a decent looking sig. Now to find one that isn't streaky..

Topps autos almost always have the Topps certified autograph verbiage on the front. It's definitely some kind of blunder though

Chalk it up as a loss. If you file for a case hit replacement, you get some scrubby rookie auto and not the same auto card.

It was a joke

The chrome autos are all refractors and serial numbered. It looks like Topps just accidentally forgot to remove the "authentic autograph blah blah" language from the non-auto chrome refractors before sending them to print.

By definition, "flagship" is Topps main set (S1,S2, Update). If that's what you meant, he was in S2 and Update. The first release is almost always king. That would be S2 #700. So basically any parallels (gold, vintage, blue, pink, black, camo, clear, plat) or the SSP Hand on Helmet #700 that has gotten quite pricey. The parallels are also tough tough grades so buy graded unless the stars align.
