APPLE REVIEWS are 2.6 out of 5 ...... It what universe is that good?

Amazon doesn't have an overall rating just reviews on specific products.

I’m not a huge fan of cavaliercards but at least understand where he comes from most of the time but you proved his point by posting apple’s rating...

Oh and Amazon has 1.2 and Tesla 1.86.

We are seeing Wegmans which is rated as one of best places to work and one of best places for customer service routinely with a rating around 2.

And im just noticing it looks like he runs a Card shop. Makes sense why he would be defending Panini now. Defend the company that puts money in your pocket.

We have defended all the card companies actually in this thread and pointed out flaws we see. If shop closed we would be sad but would be fine in life financially.

Once again, you’re proving his point. No one said those are good ratings. You said to look at panini’s rating like it meant something when you can see even companies perceived as great have poor ratings too.

I pulled a signature series autograph from 2019-20 Donruss like, 1-2 weeks after his passing. I think I waited to redeem until September-ish? I was hoping there would have been an announcement on their plan sooner which is why I held unredeemed for a while. Mines is still listing in my queue.

The one thing I'll say to CavalierCards is that your defending Panini from a "By the Book" point of view.

I think the problem with this is from a customer point of view it's frustrating. We all understand that Panini DOES NOT have to go the extra mile and can take shortcuts to fulfill their obligations. Our problem is it just sucks that they don't go the extra mile and it seems like they could care less about their customers and care more about making a quick buck.

The ultimate F U would be if they purchase stickers of Kobe autos and then put them into their own products rather than placing them on cards redeemed prior to Kobe's death. Sure nothing requires them from doing this but from the customers point of view it sucks and isn't fair.

My anger is not towards you and I think you bring some great insight as a store owner towards this board. Panini can just be frustrating for customers a lot of times.

I personally think they should've made a special set with Luka, Zion, Morant, Giannis and Steph autos and send a random one out to all Kobe Autograph holders.

I think the pack idea was solid if there’s a random auto of this caliber in every pack

Bingo! You could even provide the "special edition" Mosiac Kobe snakeskin cards, but don't try to replace the auto from a legend with some crappy veteran that shouldn't even have a card in a modern set.

This is the difference between caring about your customers and making the best of the situation (most legends would be honored to sign on a Kobe tribute set) and providing the garbage that they basically just had to hit the print button on.

Absolutely. This is what's missing. You throw in an auto that is even numbered to /199 and everyone is left satisfied at little extra cost to Panini. Instead, they took the easiest path and raised their middle fingers to the customers that paid a significant sum for their products.

Obviously could have done way better but oh well. The Bazley is actually kind of nice. I saw that a purple /24 sold for $583, so this one being Purple Gold and jersey # should be a nice premium.
