got my donruss sets today... the cards are gorgeous in hand and have a heft to them... i'm guessing the price of sets rises quick when people realize what they have...

Remember those big stacks of Hoops premium stock sets people were showing off? They've fallen completely by the wayside. I don't have any expectations for these Donruss, not as far as to the moon hopes go. Who knows how many more sets will be cranked out.

Seems like there were some that liked the Absolute megas. Academy has some in stock for $45 limit of 2: (looks like you might have to pick up at the store)

Not likely since this is a limited print set and these cards are only found in the set. They weren’t printed in masses like Hoops Premium. Plus, all of the rookies from that year were overpriced and they all settled down.

I didn't get any but in hindsight the Mac will probably sell for as much as you guys paid for the set, if not now, soon.
