Best two cards were Judge Image Variation and maybe Bryce Harper No Sig.

I wasn't ripping explicitly for value - I wanted to build a set because for as much as I absolutely hate the Topps Heritage brand, I'm still an eternal fan of the '75 set.

At 20% off current prices, this would be palatable.

I did get two silver refractors: Frelick and Jazz.

Frelick may have been my best hit, now that I think about it.

Oh, and lastly, I've thoroughly enjoyed sorting and looking at this set. The price point is simply too high.

Definitely collation issues but lucked out on that. Multiple black/white Ohtanis, 3 Acuna image variations, and doubled up on most of the good rookie purples. Haven't started sorting but I'm hoping 3 cases is enough to even out on base cards and SPs.

1:31 hobby boxes. Basically 1 red auto per three cases. Close to placing a single number on the roulette wheel 3 times and hoping to hit.

Just hit a sal frelick and Dennis exkersley autos in same box which was nice

But my biggest gripe is sorting the inserts. Even with my glasses I can’t see the numbers at all Plus smaller gripe is the dark almost burnt base backs

Still love it. Very fun

Same issue with not being able to read the backs. I enjoy reading them, and these are very difficult to see.

I had the same issue with some. Still not as bad as reading some of the names on 2021 Topps NPB.

And they're not even the good ones.....if you're going to give two Rangers two cards each by accident, at least make them Scherzer and DeGrom.

What an epic fail by Topps.....did nobody actually proofread the checklist ????

I agree 100%. Anyone with limited skills in Excel could figure out if there was duplication in less than a minute. It's crazy that this happened not once, but twice.

It is....but dual autos these days are almost always a retired player paired with an active player. You rarely see dual autos of two retired players any more.

They didn't just miss the opportunity for a Brett/Yount dual, but also for a Rice/Lynn dual and/or a Rice/Lynn/Fisk triple.

If I had to guess, I'm guessing that they decided to hold Yount back for HHN.

Went to Walmart to pick up some stuff. They got heritage in. Got 1 monster box, one hanger, and 1 fat pack. Overall, the monster box is the best. Didn't get a blaster box though. Hangers are probably the worst. I got a bunch of base, 1 insert and 1 sp for the hanger. There might be boxes that has only an insert. The fat pack, I got 1 sp and 2 insert. Monster box is probably the best. I got several sps, 3 blue Sparkle chrome, chrome /999, and black and white base card.

3. Hangers

Didn't get any blasters but I'm sure they are better than hangers.
