Never got a confirmation for an order on my first 2 premium packs, still showing a charge on my credit card but nothing in my wallet. I'm assuming I'll get refunded for that.

I ordered 2 more premium and 10 standard packs from my debit card some time later, got confirmation and those packs are in my wallet. They are numbered pretty high, so it seems that I got in right under the gun.

Glad I didn't trust the first order and went for it.

Just had my second 5 pack order cancelled. Not shocked as it seemed that's right when things shut down. At least the first went through!

I got an email and am able to see packs in my Wax wallet by clicking NFTs on the left menu.

Wast sure what I actually got when ordering, but ended up with one premier pack.

Not sure entirely what to think. If going through the madness and clicking back and forth enabled me top get at least one order in over bots then i guess i am happy. weird though.

I no longer see the charge for the 4 premium packs on my card - I may try to pick up a premium pack on the secondary market.

Lame the charges went through though. When I saw it on my card, I figured I was all set. You'd think if there were issues they could determine non-bot activity and resolve the accounts that had been charged by pushing those orders through before subsequent ones. Pretty weak in my opinion.

The flippers are selling them pretty cheaply at 2x right now I think. I can only see the packs increasing in price as people open them. There will be some absolute monster cards from these packs. Life changing cards!

Like Robo said, it’s a way to differentiate the commons and also because there are no condition issues with NFT’s so it’s something the market has adopted as ‘this one was minted prior before the others’. It’s stupid, I agree, but NFT’s in general are a new concept that’s still trying to find a set of common rules, etc.

My experience-

Got one of the premium packs and checked out using my credit card. Got the error saying my page had timed out or something so figured no charge went through and maybe it was an issue with the card. Actually went to my capital one app and didn’t see a pending charge. Decided to try and order another. Used my debit card this time and got the same error. No pending charge in the account either.

Decided #@#@#@#@ it and put 10 premium packs in my cart and checked out using a second credit card. Got the same error and said #@#@#@#@ it I give up.

Checked each app later for the debit card and both credit cards and had all 12 packs pending payments in each of them lol.

Went to email and had only one payment confirmation from the Wind-something LLC company for the 10 pack order.

For quite awhile couldn’t see my packs. Then about 3pm EST 10 of the premium packs showed up in my wallet and on the Topps site. Lowest mint number was #313.

Other two pending payments have since had credits issued back to them in both the credit and debit card accounts. Charge for 10 premium packs with the third card still sticking without the credit back so assuming I’m good.

Not sure what I’m gonna do as far as opening yet.

One mistake on my part though. I bought some wax yesterday just for this release. didn't know you couldn't use them on the packs. wonder why? oh well, I already had some wax staking. I might as well add some more. Question If they only used wax as a payment, would that eliminate bots? or have they infected the wax payments too?

I was able to get to the Google Pay screen and hit Pay Now, never got to a confirmation screen that my payment had been accepted, so I tried again. Nothing ever worked, then like 30 minutes later got 2 confirmation emails and 20 standard packs in my account LOL.

Thank god I didn't go for the 10 Premium Packs LOL

yeah, if you saw the tweet from Topps, it specifically stated that it was credit card ONLY. I'm sure you're not the only one who missed that since I don't recall seeing it on the sale page

Hey everyone. This was our biggest sale to date, and it sold out in a very short period of time, and with that came some new issues that our engineers were working to fix in real time so that pack orders could be processed.

We were initially rate limited when processing payments. There were around 1.2K requests per second coming in and this may have caused some orders to get pushed out of the system unfulfilled.

All packs have now been delivered. If you did not receive packs you will receive a full refund for your order.

I can't even buy "WAX" to purchase packs on the secondary market for some reason? I wasn't that bummed that I wasn't able to click fast enough to buy the packs from Topps, but now I can't get one at all.

I'm literally trying to hand these people money and no one will grab it
