That said, you know my feelings on DIS. My daughter is six. She will own it until I die.
If bundling is “fake subscription numbers” then you can’t point to ANY streaming service that doesn’t have “fake” subscription numbers... even Netflix

Anybody have thoughts on the DKNG outlook for the next several weeks? I was expecting a pullback after the Super Bowl but imagine a lot of green days ahead this year. Question is, when does it get rolling again?

After a 5% drop today, it’s still up 20% over the last 60 days. How much roll are you looking for?

I can't imagine it will trade sideways very long in a market sector that is growing so rapidly. Most of the gains to date have just been a recovery from being oversold on Covid concerns during the NFL season.

I’m long on DKNG so hopefully in the next 5-10 it becomes even more popular.

Definitely a high valuation on it. The ARK fund has bought it 3 separate times in the last week and a half. Definitely got a boost from that but still like this one for the long hall.

Also own PENN. I think both of these will be winners in the space. My DKNG position is 5.5x bigger than PENN for what it’s worth. Actually bought PENN today.

This is a bet on Portnoy than anything.

The gains still happened though. Rapidly growing sector but in a market with a good amount of uncertainty about regulation, competition, etc. I guess to answer your question, it’s been rolling just fine. Gonna be ups and downs like anything(aapl was a dog for years) but this is a stock that should beat the market for years to come.

There’s some green, but this is a perfect day to buy the dip IMO.

Dipped my toes into FUBO, NNDM, and MGNI today.

Hopefully some people jumped on my CCIV mention in the last thread when we were talking about SPACs, halted twice on way up now.

I cleared all my positions and that was one of them when I did, oof.

I tossed a couple hundred at it back when you mentioned it. Now up 265% in a month.

Never expected it to jump so quick.

It could still go in either direction. I added more on Thursday or Friday.

Bought CBAT at $7.86 today. Pure technical trade.

Didn’t even realize QS had earnings this afternoon and they ended up announcing expansions which caused the stock to jump along with CBAT since they are both in the lithium ion battery space.

And sold half $8.95

Well that was a lovely overnight swing.

Have a load of buying power but not sure what to buy. Have a feeling the sea of red could last a bit until the stimmy is approved? So hard trying to time the market since all we’ve done is go up for a year straight.

Edit: Recently sold all of my positions including a #@#@#@#@ load of DraftKings I was in since summer. Might be going the ETF route with BETZ for gambling.

Timing the market is pretty much impossible. But if you think we'll be red until stimulus then you can time your entry to the stimulus vote.

Just dollar cost average, on significant down days just add a little here and there. Since they cut fees that's what I've been doing.

More choppiness today as expected. Big boys burning monthly options this week.

Got into my first penny in a while - MSN. Solid earnings last quarter, playing for an earnings report spike.

The Redditor who made $48 mil pumping GME while others lost their shirts now slapped with class action suit.

Not exactly a surprise.
