That's fair. No ill will towards you as well. I was being silly with the reach around comment. I know you guys are both die hard Cavs fans, so you tend to be on the same side of the fence pretty often is all.

ROY is clearly a 2 player race and there's really not much Cade can do to be in that discussion outside of an otherworldly last 10 games or so.

Does team record actually have ANY bearing on ROY?

I thought it was just who was putting up the best numbers. People are fickle.

A. It can't hurt.

B. Putting up numbers on a playoff team can be different than putting up numbers on a bottom feeder team.

Cade is shooting under 41% this year, and yet he gets more shots per game (16), than both Mobley are Barnes (both under 13). If either of those guys were shooting like Cade they'd be getting their touches cut, not increased as the season goes on.

On top of that, Mobley and Barnes contribute to winning, each with Win Shares above 5. Cade is a -0.5. Cades PER is 12.8, while the other 2 are over 16.

Ehh.. I just watched full game because it was against my Cavs. He ripped us for 38-11-12. Nothing wrong with mentioning it without going into a LeBron vs MJ tirade. He just had a great night.
