The base last year were awesome... The color really popped. The color this year doesn't stand out at all... It gets lost in the wacky design in my opinion.

The autos are definitely better than last year... They're ok this year, but with the bazillion products coming out, these will just get lost in the mix. A year down the road these will be lumped in with all the Tier One, and other bland designs that Topps is pumping out non stop

Looks very similar stylistically to the "Super 70's" set that was released last month....

I like the designs, but not enough to do any set-building...will probably just buy a couple of singles...

Am I stupid or do they not list all of the Auto Parallel odds? I only see Purple, Red, and Platinum odds.

I'd be surprised if the Trout, Jeter, Koufax, Aaron tier types were available above /10. At least the autos look nice.

I don't hate this year's design.
Auto is better than last year, base was better last year.
2018 autos are still the best looking ones. Especially the portrait version in base white border.

That's fair, it's possible. Just looking at the numbers, it makes sense that they're /10 or less this year. There are more color levels, so not unreasonable to think that changes it up a little from last.

Got my set #5 and got the Steve Garvey Auto. Quite happy with that personally. He was always a favorite of mine in the mid 1970s as a kid. Set overall is incredibly cool. Nice job by Topps.
