It’s your mess if you trust the third party graders. COMC could stop supporting cards graded by PSA, BGS, and SGC like they have with many (or every) other grading company. Until they do that, it’s their mess too.

The trimmers are the bad guy. Period!!!

Every on else that passes on these cards are enablers.

Grading companies should never grade a trimmed card. They should be the ones that catches that. Period!!!

They were an intermediate selling cards for trimmers. Of course the trimmers and the graders are guilty but the selling was enabled by comc. I didn’t mean the entire trimming scandal is their mess but the issues that have come from them allowing trimmed cards is their mess.

I don’t believe I should have to chase them down for them to right this wrong. So this particular situation involving trimmed cards is their mess

Default COMC auctions got kicked back

Has anyone else that submitted cards for the auction had their stuff added back to their accounts? I submitted some decent stuff and now it's back on my account waiting to be priced. I reached out but this is odd to me.

Default All I want to do is talk about COMC

Ok this is getting ridiculous. I submitted about 100 cards two months ago, with a completion date of 11/22. Half have processed but the past 3 nights only 1 card per night is becoming available! I had a second shipment of 200 cards after this one with a completion date of 12/4 and it’s still at 25% processed. No one responds to my messages either.

They are running way behind on processing.

I have a batch that was due 11/27 that hasn't processed yet.

At least we get half off fees.

They got my select done on time and my basic batches that were all due on 11/27 but I have a bunch processing in the next week or two...wouldn't mind the half price fees to be honest!

What do you have to do to get half off fees? I still got charged .30 for each one that processed late. And now I am missing 17 cards from my batch. But the email said it could be because they haven’t updated their catalog yet?? Umm ok..

When they are late processing your batch it should automatically reduce the fees for any cards processed after that date. If this didn't happen you should try emailing them (though lately they seem to have trouble getting back to people).

Replying to my own post:

I just got off the phone with COMC. They said this is normal for this first month and that those cards are locked into the auction and I'm not able to price them or make any further modifications. They said that while it looks like I need to price them, this is normal and everything is going as planned for the moment.

Update on this.. The card finally showed up in my port under my 30 day submission. Very possible I mixed them up, but I could have sworn I put it in with my Premium submission with all of the other Immaculate FOTL.

Card is accounted for, but the lack of communication from COMC is still mildly bothersome.

No information on if they decide the card was actually trimmed and if or when I was getting a refund, so I emailed again asking for an update. No response. I decided a few days later I would call. The guy I talked to was really nice and assured me it would be pushed up in the process and apologized for the delay. A day later I got an email confirming I’d be getting a refund (nothing mentioned if they decided the card was trimmed or not) in 1-2 weeks. Well it’s been 2 and half weeks no refund. No email. Nothing.

Now I’m getting frustrated. I don’t think I should be jumping through hoops to get a refund in this situation. This trimmed card situation is their mess. They should’ve been on top of this. It’s also annoying they haven’t told me a single thing about the card being trimmed. I believe it is trimmed but I’m not 100% sure (didn’t want to break it out of the graded case). Further annoyance is the card is definitely worth more than when I purchased it. Just disappointed in the way this has been handled. If anyone else has a similar problem with returning via the blacklist let me know
It’s now been three and a half weeks since I was told I would be getting a refund on the trimmed card I returned. I was also told my return would be expedited since they have had the card since October 16th. Kind of thought they would take this more serious considering it’s not your average return. I emailed them a few days ago and no response. I even emailed Tim and no response. Sent an email again today so hopefully I get some kind of reply.

Keep in mind that if you ship 100 cards home in the same calendar month, you get a $5 bonus, so it's pretty much like free shipping.
