Feels like only yesterday that RW/Wiz fans were puffing their chests and saying how they'd be a surefire playoff team, while in almost the same breath saying the Hawks wouldn't be because of bad defense... it was funny then and it's even funnier now.

Nobody ever took me up on that simple avatar bet either

Step 1 is Thomas Bryant not scoring points for the other team.

Wish Bucks had taken Embiid over Paker. Both have enough broken glass in their bodies but at least Embiid is a good starting player and Parker is lucky to be in the league.

Isaiah Roby looked pretty good starting for the Thunder. 19 points and 7 rebounds on 9-12 shooting. Prior to tonight he had only played a total of 11 minutes in his career.

There are simple solutions that could help the Wizards win some games.

1) Stop giving Ish Smith and Isaac Bonga minutes
2) Have/acquire someone who can actually play defense
3) Give Troy Brown Jr some dang minutes! He only had 10 tonight.
4) Get Scott Brooks up out of there

I agree, Westbrook really hindered his development, he's gotta go somewhere else I think to get the most out of him, the guy is a triple double threat, guess we'll see how things pan out. Hopefully he doesn't end up being another Terrence Williams.

This was shocking. I watched the game and this wasn't just a solid stat line - the kid LOOKED GOOD. OKC could have found something and lord knows he should get plenty of opportunity if they really want to see what he has. The move he made on Vucevic late in the game was dirrrrrty.

He looked good last year, and I thought this year would be his break out year. It’s a combination of Westbrook, as well as the Wizards drafting yet another SF.

It also seems like Scott Brooks has never really liked TBJ for some reason. I just don’t get it.

Yea he was really coming around, I looked forward to seeing what he would do this year but when I heard Westbrook was headed there I'm like damn man! Brooks makes some questionable roster changes.

Nikola Jokic has 42 assists through three games this season. The only players since the ABA-NBA merger to record more assists through the first three games of a season are all point guards: John Stockton (3x), Magic Johnson (2x), and Rajon Rondo.
Also has 9 assists at the half currently... though they're losing to the Kings. Holmes and Bagley look like they can't miss right now, also Nuggs are without Murray tonight.

Another strong performance for my boy Pritchard on the C's 10-5-5 can't ask much more than that for a rookie he's been putting up those numbers every night. He could crack the starting 5 if he keeps it up. It's not just the scoring either he's feisty like Marcus Smart on defense. Definitely a strong 6 man contender at the least.
