I have the same issue as he does and this didn’t work, unfortunately.

Offering at the right price point makes a big difference. Pricing too high for Sapphire quickly turned that from the most anticipated launch to a major dissapointment.

True. They definitely have the autograph design, seeing as though there are deceased individuals on the checklist and they are on-card autographs.

Also, why are you referring to yourself in the 3rd person?
If you paid $150 w/ free shipping, then sell at $300 + $10 shipping, where did all the rest of the $$$ go?

When did I refer to myself in the 3rd person?

Why bother when everyone is falling over themselves backwards to try and buy the product.

Same reason they don't bother to release checklists until the day or two before a product releases.

These days people will buy anything at any price sight unseen.

Taxes: $150 x 1.08 = $162
Fees: $300 x 0.87 = $261

11% ebay fees - $34 or so.

Wow. If accurate, that really does eat up quite a chunk.

Correct....many of the big names ONLY had color parallels #/25 (orange) and #/5 (red). They did not have base autos.

Ya that's true unfortunately. I am not willing to spend money until I see what they look like. Last year's horizontal autos were awful looking and I don't care what they price it at, I don't want them in my collection!

But ya people will buy anything nowadays. Crazy

After you purchased the coupon code, you then have to go to the Card of the Month page to actually order them. So I assume you didn't actually order them and that's why you never received anything.

But yes, the yearly COTM is worth getting, then $20 or $40 off coupon codes for when they have decent Topps Now autographs to order. Also the Road to Opening Day sets and Playoff sets with autographs are sometimes worth getting. In past years they've also done Player's Day jersey cards, $50-$40=$10 makes them a good buy.

Just entered a support ticket via email rather than calling. Has anyone had success with this method?

First there's tax, so $150 is more like $162 in the purchase price.

10% ebay fee on $310 is -$31
3% paypal fee on $310 is -$3
Shipping = -$10

So.....Someone buys it for $310 -162 -31 -3 -10 = $104

Except they are now selling on ebay for $199. Seems like a waste of time and money to make a couple of dollars

Just like you can't believe inflated first day sales of prospect cards, you can't believe the pump and dump pricing of Day 1 wax sales either.

In both cases, the true price will flush itself out in a few weeks.

I remember reading a couple of weeks ago that they're still working on email tickets opened in June. It's possible they're up to July now. I opened 2 tickets in August and neither one has been touched.

So now that seller is offering the product for $200 and free shipping, here's how that breaks down...

Ebay fees $20 (you don't pay this until middle of the month currently, but the new system will change that)

paypay $6 (will cost a little less when ebay forces their paying system on you)

shipping $10 (probably a little less, but lets go with what most are listing it as)

So on a $162 box thats a $2 profit.

I really don't care if they sell it for a loss even, as long as they realize that even though they may be seeing $194 in their paypay, uncle ebay is going to come calling.

Yeah don't understand selling at $200, I guess $20 is $20 though.
