I didn’t realize until just now that the ‘83 and Threads photo is from Soto’s first MLB swing (also first home run). That adds a little meaning to the cards—and allows for some forgiveness for the photo repetition.

Topps NOW is becoming more and more relevant.

Who wouldn’t want to have Soto’s rookie season chronicled in set form like only NOW can give you?

It’s a great set, and fairly rare.

I agree. Whammy is not Kaboom because Kaboom actually exists in baseball. There just isn't a Soto version yet

So the Bowman Best is now a $30 card. Sheesh. Had to go back through my kids stacks, as those were my "giveaway" Soto cards for them to keep.

When I picked up mine, there were two others on eBay for about $650 each. I should have pulled the trigger on those.
