I get it. It’s drastic but if they decided this is the only way to move through their backlog then I guess I can understand.

But it doesn’t make it any less disappointing. I had a handful of cards recently sent that were borderline super express but I decided to send express because I was okay with a 2-3 month turnaround. We’ll see how long they pause express but I will be even more disappointed if this pushes 4 months.

Easier said than done, but it would be nice if I could choose to upgrade the service on cards that have already been submitted.

They're only pausing submissions on those service levels, not grading, so I think you'll be fine with Express. Hopefully the turnaround times stay on track or improve for all service levels with the pause.

I did pay $300 for Super Express/card, hoping that it would be reasonably fast. As stated, PSA recorded receiving it on 3/11 but hasn't started the process. With the announcement today - at least they're acknowledging that things are out of control and they need to do what they are doing. While I'm not pissed off, I think they were kind of deceptive in setting expectations for customers who go the Super Express route - not getting our $300 value in processing.

Movement at 5:20am pst. My Economy order arrived on 10/2 and entered 11/12 finally went into grading status. Also have an economy order entered 9/9 thats been in grading status since 9/24.

Hey dummy, he said they need to work 24 hour shifts. Having someone work a 24-hour shift is literally illegal. That is different than a place being open 24/7.

Its not illegal long they get breaks docs/nurses do it all the time and people in other countries do the same. Work work work so i get my cards back asap

Yes, I have been speaking with Hector from PSA and sent him several screenshots and links from this very thread showing where people with Express orders were sending in orders AFTER they had my Super Express order marked as arrived, and these Express orders are getting moved along and mine is still marked as arrived.

I'm glad for the people who are having luck but I'm not going to continue to support the racket that PSA has going on.
