I just noticed something odd. On desktop, psacard.com shows my CC voucher orders and their progress, but when I pull them up through my phone's web browser, the CC voucher orders are not even listed in the drop down menu.

Not sure what the relationship is or the relevancy, but it seems they are treated very differently.

Same, and I haven't actually been able to go into any of my orders since early yesterday. Their websites really messed up right now.

They're probably flooded with traffic from people who are trying to see if the orders they sent in two weeks ago have been marked as received yet.

Again, it's just a classic case of PSA refusing to be clear and transparent, and creating a customer service snarl because of it. All they need to do is put up a notice on their landing page that says something to the effect of 'because of the huge influx of submissions that we received two weeks ago, many orders that have been scanned as delivered by the USPS are in queue to be processed by our submissions team. If your order is showing up as 'delivered' on the USPS website, but is not showing up as 'entered' on your accounts page, please do not be alarmed. We will enter your order into our system shortly.'

Instead, they put up a BS message that makes it sound like this is all the USPS's fault, and that orders are sitting in a USPS warehouse waiting to be delivered. Which creates a ton of confusion for people when USPS is showing the order as signed for and delivered to PSA.

Quarterly special and modern bulk entered in October 2020 just went into grading for me this morning.

I called PSA this morning about my super express order that was delivered 3/10 but still not logged into R&D. The rep confirmed my package was entered Lane 1 (Super Express/Walkthrough/etc.) and they at least have the card. Makes me feel a little better.. I don't mind a delay, was just getting worried they effed it up during the receipt process.

PSA always took your credit card info at order creation and they process it after it is completed.

That true, but that sure is some misleading info in that screenshot.

I know it’s highly unlikely, but I think it’s time for PSA to address the reason why there’s such a huge backup at QA2. I always thought orders are typically done once it hits that stage and all they have to do is pack the slabs up and ship. My order has been sitting in that stage for a week now and by the sounds of everyone else’s experience, I have a while to go.

People should start posting what return shipping service they are using. I suspect the QA2 delay is actually a shipping delay.
