Mine got there on May 18th and just got graded Friday so should be very soon. Never got an email that they got or that they graded. Never even showed up in my account until Friday when they graded. Just logged in and checked and saw them there. Used to get emails but none for the last year or so. That is the last order I will send them for a long time until big changes are made if ever again. They are running it into the ground. If I was management I would stay working 24/7 if I needed to as they are going to be out of a job soon as the company needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Can't see why anyone would use them anymore. The only reason they are still getting anything is for the "chance" at a BGS 10 or black label and even lots of 10s now are being outsold by PSA 10s. If PSA had a black label BGS would be basically out of business IMO.

It was my first ever BGS submission so I didn't know what to expect. My submission was not the Prizm or Optic cards which are the popular submissions these days. It was 11 Kobe Autos and 2 other Autos from my PC. Looks like where I got Ding'ed the most were surface. I got

7 BGS 9s (several had 8.5 surface grade that killed it)
5 BGS 8.5s
1 BGS 8 (7 grade on edge killed it, rest subs were all 9.5 or 9)

5 cards - 10 days - no sub

Had 2 PSA8 that i cracked and sent to be graded. Successfully bumped one of them to a BGS 9. Wasted my money on the other one.

Received cards back from BGS and all 5 cards had chipped cases.Paid so much money for shipping and insurance and BGS couldnt even package it properly.
Now i have to waste my time trying to get hold of someone at BGS so i can send it back and reslabbed. Thanks BGS!

Called BGS today, rep stated that they are currently grading 30 day orders that came in during the first 3 weeks of May. My order was the last week of May and they guess I am about a month out. Hope that helps

What??? Why don’t they do them chronological? Why do a batch of 3 weeks all at once??? Seems like they are just paying favorites despite same price point

I had a 100 card 30 day sub that was delivered on May 19th and I got the email from them on July 1st. Mine was completed on October 13th so hopefully yours will be within the next week or so. They told me back about a month ago when I reached out to them that the 30 days were running about 104-109 business days and that's about what mine ended up being.
