You can print an invoice for any shipment, whether you used the shopping cart or not.

"My Dashboard" / "Shipment History". Then pick a shipment, and you can print out an invoice which shows what you paid for each item.

This may or may not help you at German Customs, but it is a thing which is possible to do.

I agree that COMC should absolutely include invoices with all outbound International orders.
Yes I know that. The problem is the shipping cost are not included and thats were customs has a problem. You pay customs fee's on the total purchase price.

And because I bought the cards over a period of time and kept adding money to my account I don't have a Pay-Pal receipt for the shipment. And customs also has a problem with that.

This could have all been avoided just put a invoice in the package.

Where is the option to print an invoice from Shipment History?

Mine only shows Shipment Contents, and I would need to screenshot 40 pages to send to Customs.

So i've been searching the threads looking for this answer to the following.
Comc processing fees Past due date
I subbed like 1500 cards that were due on 8/30. I noticed like 350 were still remaining yesterday, about 200 more dropped yesterday but they still charged me the processing fees. From what i can tell reading the boards something was mentioned about a fee reimbursement? or credit? Do I have to contact Comc or is it automatic? Any help would be much appreciated.

ps

Haven’t been hovering on the boards lately and was curious if I would see why some power sellers were no longer listed as a top seller all of the sudden. Good grief.

So if a newer card is listed as [EX to NM] should I expect it to have some defect even if COMC has no condition notes?

I'm guessing this is what you were referring to.

Yes, that is what you should expect. Unless they made a copy/paste error, as they sometimes do, leaving the wrong condition category on a group of cards for far too long.

So if the same card has no defects it won't show [EX to NM] or [MINT] or anything else?

Yep. You should expect a defect. It's beyond stupid that they think potential buyers don't want to know what the defect is.

The default bucket for undamaged cards is the standard bucket with no condition information, or raw. HOWEVER, that does not mean that every card in that bucket doesn't have any damage. Some will have condition notes, some won't.
If you buy the card, you can pay $2 to have it condition reviewed by the COMC staff, and they will put the card in a specific bucket like NM-MT+.

Likely because at least one of them was "best" buddies with CC. Might also explain some of the suspect cards that one employee has been moving throughout the years. At least one employee within the last year traveled to a major show with CC. The role described by the dealer that informed me was that the employee seemed to be working for CC. There was a third person with them and at the time I did not care to figure out whom it was. I found it rather odd that one of the higher ups at COMC would be following around a major seller.

Moving forward COMC must identify ALL employee accounts, past and current employees. They also need to link all sellers with multiple accounts, from what I was told in the past about CC I suspect there are more accounts involved.

Yeah, one account in particular that is still up is highly suspect.

And as I stated in the BB thread, one was a (former?) business partner, though I am not sure if he is still there or not.
