Public announced today they "have a responsibility" and will no longer sell their order flow.

Instead, they're adding a "tip" button to all accounts where users can add $1 to every trade that goes to Public.

Goodbye Public, LOL.

I have AUPH too. It looks like a steal to me as well. Maybe it’s institutional accumulation?

i believe it is just the excitement of approval shot it up and now they got the quick flip, so the more patient investors will be able to enjoy the rewards going forward. flippers are out, investors are coming in. this is a 65k a year drug, so it'll add up quickly.

Yeah I’m not sure but that makes sense. Added 100 more shares at $16.40. Will just sell on a bounce and scoop 10%. No reason for the drop.

BCRX finally did something since I bought it. Not sure what that was yet, but I will take it. As an FYI, my other current individual holdings are GEVO, LKNCY, AUPH and HAPP.

I'm long for the most part but do buy call options on long term positions on the pull backs. Last week made $1k on SQ's pullback to 205 in less than 24 hours. I'm looking forward to the next pull back...

Yes was very glad to see that news this morning. Took advantage of the pop and sold a few covered OTM calls on my position.

Yeah... eTrade was all jacked up this morning. My buy and sell orders sat forever without being filled, so I cancelled them. It ended up saving me money though as I got CLOV at $13.70 instead of $14.15ish it was at open.

DMYD having another big swing day. Added some shares at open at $19.61 and sold them close to close at $21.35.... an 8.9% swing on the day.

Knock on wood, but Merrill has been pretty good about little downtime or oddities. Only that one day was bad when GME first went wild.

Didn't do much today, only bought a DOCU call on the dip. Staying with intraday or very short term swings on my trading account, lots of opportunity with volatility still elevated.

DKNG also shooting up 6% after hours to $58. Hopefully a strong day tomorrow... I’d like to see it break $60.

From the "Tell me something I don't know" department.

These two guys right here allowed me to secure a massive profit on DKNG in After Hours. If you guys are ever in NH, look me up. I will take you out for drinks and a burger on me.

How can you use after hours data to make decisions? I'm dum.

Sounds good! Will definitely take you up on the offer if I’m ever in the Area. I owe you a few as well.

Looks like ARK bought 620k shares today. This one could rally more.

If your broker allows it you can trade before market or after market closes from 7am-9:29am est and then from 4:30-8pm est.

It’s much lower volume so fills won’t always be as easy, but if you use it correctly if will help save/make you some extra money at some point. Take advantage of early morning dips for no reason or early morning/after market spikes to sell. All brokers are different. I’ve found Fidelity and TD Ameritrade both offer those times. Robinhood does 9-9:30 and 4-6 so much more limited.

Thanks for this beginner training class! I’m dipping my toes into the stock market and obviously something that one shouldn’t dive head first into. Every little dummy nugget helps! Don’t mind me. I’ll be the lurker in the corner.

Just trade after hours? I don't think I understand the question.

Thanks for adding that. That’s what I meant to say. Said it in my head but my fingers didn’t type it.
