PSA's return shipping fees are already highway robbery... now you're paying that fee 5 times over, versus just 1 or 2!

I agree, probably more managable... but you're paying what, close to $100 extra in return shipping charge(s)?

it costs me $16 using my fedex ground account for return shipping. it takes 2 business days for my order to get back to me.

I received my (66) card submission today that hit the PSA processing System on 6/6. They definitely have increased their processing times.

My 150 card order just popped after a month. Last bulk was the same. At least for me, I am no longering experiencing any kinds of delays.

With the improved turn around times, they are going to be able to recognize revenue a lot faster. Might be a great time to buy their stock. It was at 30 a few months ago, but it's at 15 now. Nice buy opportunity.

Some people have seen improved turnaround times. Not me. My last bulk popped roughly 3 weeks late. My current one has been there almost 2 months, and after logging is now on business day 31. Some people get lucky and see fast turnaround and like to talk about it. My 2 prior to these last 2 came through quick and that was 2 & 3 months ago... it hasn't gotten better. Where I was lucky than, these people posting about their quick turns now are lucky now. A simply call to CS will confirm, they are still experiencing delays and large backlogs.

As for their stock... it tanked because of drastically reduced demand for their coin services in foreign markets. They make way, way, way more revenue from the coin space, than they do cards. If there was any real improvement in the foreign coin grading market... their stock would already be back to where it was.

Yeah, I was looking over their statements yesterday. Coins still are by far their biggest reveune stream, but cards are growing. And their China business is growing with the expansion. I'm definitely a buyer at 15. I figure it's a way to get some of my grading fees back.

Still a lot of people with a terrible PSA taste in their mouth. I will still grade with them because of the value but PSA is one of the most abysmally run companies I've ever seen.

It's always been that way for me. It's usually around the turnaround times, but every once in a while, they will pop one in a ridiculous short time.

Pop day, but more like poop day. Received the grader from hell. Worst submission I have ever had, but fortunately most of the big cards graded well. Absolutely awful results though. Highlighted cards are the nicer ones:

They give you a total upon entering the cards into their online submission form at checkout. It depends on the total value of the cards submitted (return insurance), but my 240-260 card bulk orders are usually around $80-$90.
