I wonder if each participant that selected Lasorda (probably first manager on Topps' list of collectible players, for better or worse), thought they would for sure be the only participant going off script with the selection of a manager.

Then, when the Cartoon dropped in the first week, 15 participants who all decided to do a Lasorda in an effort to be unique, thought to themselves "whoops"

Fans of Twins/Indians/Rangers and to a lesser extent Rockies/Marlins Diamondbacks/Rays feel almost the same.....

There are more Tommy Lasorda cards than 19 different teams including the Orioles (or 18 if you count the Scherzer as a Nationals card).

At some point that's just funny (and saving people real money).
