At least $200K on the three NT RPA's. My guess is close to 250K. That sucks man!

Makes me wish I had a time machine so I could go back to May 2018 and buy those from you! The Mahomes cards you paid $10,200 for would now be worth at least $100K? All three of the NT RPAs are in possession of TCB I think.

Three color NT RPA/99 BGS 9.5 would fetch $35K easily. Gold/10 NT RPA BGS 9.5 is worth approx $90-100K imo. Gold/10 NT RPA BGS 9 value approx 60-70K and the NT RPA/25 BGS 9.5 approx $50K. So at least $200K imo.

Those valuations seem a bit high, but no doubt this is an incredibly expensive group of cards at this point. I think if you sat on the nike swoosh auto card #/2, and you were waiting to get $50K for it, you would be waiting for quite a while.

Just to give you an idea on current state of Mahomes market, 2017 Contenders Rookie Ticket Championship Ticket Auto/10 BGS 8.5 trade value was $75K in a recent deal. Gold Prizm/10 PSA 10 did $35K few days ago. NT RPA is his #1 autographed rookie card. I know few people who would pay $90-100K for the NT RPA gold/10 BGS 9.5. High end market dynamics is very different.

Kind of annoyed I didn't send in everything at once to PSA. Right now they have Soto, Alvarez and Doncic. I waited on Patty because I had so much time until the season started. Now I have a huge stack I probably won't get back until Christmas. All the Holos that were going in a Jewcer sub for under $199 have to go to a different level too. Ok, I guess that problem isn't so bad...

Probstein has (2) Optic 10’s ending tonight - both @ $780 right now. One guy with >1,000 feedback bid $775 and someone with 0 feedback bid $780...fishy...

I was #8

So really now it becomes at what time do they get their full price. Honestly bin is reasonable considering the market.

Yeah. Someone will hit it after the auction ends tonight. Smart move by seller.

I sold a raw Acuna gold for $1025 that PSA 10’ed...

Moral of the story, I have no idea why it is so hard for me to sell cards on blowout when most of them turn to gold within 6 months of listing

It's happens... I had all these and dumped him a lil early but I made 4-5x my money and who knew he would be manipulated this much to get the the supposid values he is... Nobody. The way I see it is if you make money on the investment you did well. Do I wish I kept a few sure but tbh I would've sold them during his mvp yr anyways so I still wouldn't have any now

Mahomes prices will drop because he's already selling like he won 5-6 sbs in a flooded market and this isn't the NBA or MLB. Once he gets paid they'll be good but not great just like they were with Alex Smith winning 10-12 games a yr. And let's not forget he sucked in the SB and was given the mvp from a crap performance... SF choked that one away more than KC won it..

This isn't the early 2000s...mobile guys come out more often now so it'll be alot harder to make it to the big dance yr in and out. That contract upcoming will be a hurdle too.

So dont look back at the past.... Just look for the next guy... These mobile qbs coming out more these days than they ever have...

Sounds like somebody who is upset from selling too early. Mahomes is not your average Joe. That's a clueless statement.

Article from Forbes April 1999. $10,000 when this article was written is now $461,000

Amazon.com amzn is by far the market's most overvalued stock, according to a survey of eight leading Wall Street strategists.

All but one of the eight analysts polled cited Amazon.com as one of the market's three most overvalued stocks. Runnersup were online auction house eBay ebay and Priceline.com pcnl, which pioneered name-your-own-price sites on the Internet. Not surprisingly, all of the stocks cited as overvalued were Internet related.

Chief executive Jeff Bezos' online retailer, which has lost money since its inception, remains one of Wall Street's darlings with a market cap of some $28 billion. Amazon.com is currently the market's fifth-highest valued retailer, surpassed only by brick-and-mortar heavyweights Wal-Mart wmt, Home Depot hd, the Gapgpx and-- just barely--Dayton Hudson dh.

Amazon's volatile stock price, $168.25 at yesterday's close, is currently about 11 times higher than it was a year ago. The share fell sharply ahead of and shortly after the company posted its quarterly result following the market's close on Wednesday.

Market strategists, who follow the whole market but keep a close eye on individual stocks as well, said they were worried about Amazon's widening losses and the outlook for further losses in the future. Although Amazon's sales continued to explode in the first quarter, the bottom line came under pressure from thin profit margins and spending on marketing and new acquisitions.

At the presentation of the company's quarterly earnings, Amazon.com Chief Financial Officer Joy Covey warned that losses will deepen significantly in coming quarters beyond what analysts had been expecting.

"With our recent acquisitions and the many investments we are making, it is certain our operating losses will increase substantially in the near quarters--relative to sales, in absolute dollars and relative to published estimates,' Covey said in a conference call with analysts, broadcast over the Internet.

Several strategists expressed frustration with what they called the irrational pricing of Internet stocks, especially Amazon.com, but said they were certain their view would be vindicated in the long term.
