You in turn are falling victim to the propaganda of the left. Raw Story is an Ed Schultz publication and reading the article it is crystal clear that 87% is a made up number. Kind of hard to invest 87% of revenue when your expenses are at least 57% per below.

While some may think that on-the-ground activities means supplies and cash aid, charitable organizations also spend much of their money on labor, meetings and travel. The Clinton Foundation is no exception, with labor, meetings and travel accounting for 37 percent, 12 percent and 8 percent of program spending, respectively.

I doubt that the under 10% figure of the right is correct even though Chelsea's $900K salary and $10M apartment will cause conspiracy loving right wingers to unite.
